First question I got is What are the pro and cons of being a male stripper at Nutrisystem? Many thanks for any response. Another quick question... Hey everyone. I'm starting Round 2 next week. I didn't take Round 1 seriously enough and bounced around between losing 5 and being back to where I started..

I'm 5'9", 195 and am looking to be in the 160-165 range. I'm adding more exercise in the form of elliptical and short bike rides every so often..

Anyone have any secrets for quick and easy vegetables to add to the meals? How about for someone who hates drinking water? I know I need more but just can't make myself do it..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

Get the sugar free lemon aid stuff. Whats it callled? Turn water into punch. Crystal Light I think it's called...

Just buy the Birdseye Steamfresh veggies (green beans, broccoli, etc), put them in a bowl & dump your Nutrisystem entree over them..

May not sound appetizing, but you'd be surprised..

As far as the water goes, try Crystal Light. But the water is really important. I'm like you, I didn't like drinking water (diet soda junkie), but once I committed to it, my weight loss really picked up...

For the diet soda fix, Diet Rite Pure Zero (cola, white grape, & tangerine) has 0 calories, 0 sodium, & 0 caffeine and therefore counts as water (in moderation). Helps me out, but I try to only drink that after I have my 64 oz. of pure water in..

Roasting veggies sure makes them good. Roasted green beans even helps a french fry craving. Tried roasting frozen green beans the other day, and even that was good. There are recipes on the boards for coating and roasting various veggies for a real french fry fix...

Welcome back! I add the crystal light and Arizona Tea packs to my water when I want a change..

I make a big pitcher of decaffinated green tea to have on hand when I want a break from just plain water...

I just boiled 2 heads of cabbage and a big ol' rutabega. Once cooked, they last a few days and make things easy. Also, it's cheaper for me than using the steam in the bag veggies..

This works for me though because I really like leafy greens and cabbage. I'll probably make mustard greens toward the end of the week...

Wait. Cabbage and Mustard Greens mixed with a high fiber Nutrisystem plan?.

So you're single right? Work at home? Hate the wife? Which is it?..
