Got a quick question: What are the changes to the Nutrisystem Program for this fall? Thanks in advance for any response. 2nd question I got is.. I have been on Nutrisystem for 5 weeks now. I follow the plan everyday. I am a little discouraged because I have only lost 12 lbs, maybe by standards I am on track. It just seems to me that I should be losing more.

I also do yoga and strength training 4 days a week. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance, I will list a normal day for me below..

Breakfast:.

Nutrisystem Muffin (usually blueberry or banana).

Mixed fruit in water.

1% cottage cheese.

Lunch:.

Pasta with Beef(ofcourse others but this is my fav).

Raw carrots.

1 cup of raw spinich.

Allowed dressing (20 cal).

Either string cheese or yogurt (both within Nutrisystem range).

Snack:.

Turkey Breadt Lunch Meat (low fat).

Grapes (15).

Dinner:.

Flame broiled beef patty w/whole wheat bun.

Green peppers (sauteed in Pam).

Onions (sauted in Pam).

Asparagus (cooked).

Banana.

Peanut butter (1 tsp).

Dessert:.

Oatmeal raisin cookie..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Yes, your right, I did leave it out. I normally have turkey breast lunch meat and grapes. I also forgot the bun. Thanks for letting me know...

Twelve pounds in five weeks is fantastic. If I lose 3/4 pound a week after the first couple weeks, I'm happy. Average healthy weight loss ON ANY DIET is 1 - 2 pounds per week, and you're ABOVE that..

How long did it take you to put that twelve pounds ON?..

I didn't realize that. My husband and I are both on NS, he has lost 22 lbs. I think I am trying to compare myself to him. So I believe that is the issue, I need to focus less on him and more on me...

This may help you are you eating becauseNutrisystemhas the meal planner list or are you eating because you are hungry? I found for myself that I was eating too, too much and trying to fill in all the blanks on the meal planner I drink all the water 10-8oz glasses a day plus more sometimes I love water I usually eat aNutrisystemdinner for breakfast will bowl of fruit or extra vegetables. That fills me up for a long time plus my body has time to get rid of it. Plus I eat this after I excerise in the morning on the treadmill for 5 miles or my bike. I make myself excerise before I eat so I don't eat then excerise You may want to ask yourself that question: "Are you hungry and that is why I'm eating this?" I had to stop and think it over on what was going on with me My doctor asked me if I was eating too muchNutrisystemto fill in the blanks. Now I eat because I am hungry not to fill in the blanks I do big meal in the morning and eat lunch meal at lunch or whenever I am hungry then at night I eat a bowl of cereal for just a bowl of fruit it surprised me to think by the time I get to that salad or bowl of fruit I am not hungry Hope this Helped you congrats on the weight you did lose thats.
