My question is What are the causes which lead to a unhealthy Dukan Diet? Many thanks for any comment. Another quick question... That is awful! I literally am trying not to throw up. Day 2, so I hope I find better food tomorrow..

Please share what is really good and not so good!.

I don't mind the breakfasts so far...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

Following the wonderful suggestions from everyone on the board, I rinse the chicken off, saute it with some parkay spray and hot sauce, and make a buffalo chicken wrap. Using the waldenfarms bleu cheese makes a tasty treat! Good luck..

The chicken patty was the one thing in three weeks I could not eat. I made sure to NOT reorder it..

The better meals are combos - stews and such. The pepper steak with extra pepper, the chicken and noodles with brocolli. I find it very easy as I happen to like stews and of course, it is winter..

I did like the hamburger way more than I had thought I would. My fav so far is mushroom risotto. (to which I added saute'd mushrooms and onions.)..

OMgosh Cam n Chris mom that sounds so good. Im defiantely going to try that. Hot sauce makes everything taste better. I had a chicken patty last night, I washed it, seasoned it, and stirfried it with stir fry veggies and a dash of low cal teriyaki. It was pretty good. I cant wait to try the buffalo style.

I had read the Chicken Patty wasnt so good, so I had to plan my attack!.

I rinsed the Chicken Patty and broke it up than put it in a frying pan with PAM and cup on onions and cup of red pepper, both slice thin. I added chili power, garlic and black pepper. Lime juice would have been good, but I was out. Than cooked on low heat..

The package states you can have a Whole Wheat Bun, but that can be replaced with a Whole Tortilla, so thats what I did it's doesnt count as an additional food. I added 1/8 Avocado and Fat Free Sour Cream (free food)..

I was out busy working in my yard and forgot to eat my afternoon snack, so I added Low fat Cheddar Cheese..

It was a great Chicken Fajita! I may even select a Chicken Patty on my next order!.

2 Veg, 1 Fat..

I washed the patty, cubed it, and put it in a pan with pam, broccoli, cauliflower and a little onion. It was edible but definitely not my favorite...

I like the chicken patty - just rinse & make sandwich with mustard on Arnolds Sandwich Thin with slices of tomato and FF cheese..

I put a little WF calorie free honey dijon dressing on it, and grill it in the George Foreman grill...

I posted this once before but it may help you out!! Hint: Don't smell the chicken just rinse it off and throw away the package before you inhale..

This is like a stir fry. I sprayed a non-stick frying pan with olive oil pam spray and combined the following:.

1 c Broccoli florets, 1 c bell pepper in strips, 1/4 c coarsely chopped onion, 1tsp light margarine; 1 Dukan Diet chicken breast rinsed off and cubed in 1 inches; Mrs dash to taste..

Just toss around pan med-high for about 8 minutes until the chicken gets a little seared on the edges and veggies start to soften. I like the veggies a little crunchy. I wanted to add a little low sodium soy but was out. Maybe next time!..

Agree totally!!!! the grilled chicken is 100 percent better but I still rinse off the brine before nuking it and I put it on an arnold thin ....with lite mayo super awesome of course I sauted broccoli and cauliflower and garlic with pam as my veg very filling dinner..

I am determined to find a way to eat this thing!!.

My first creation was just a chicken sandwich, with tazchiti sauce ( totally not spelling it correctly it's the greek sauce you put on gyros) anyway blech, didnt work..

My second creation was last night. I found walden farms bbq sauce. so my thought was to shred the chicken patty and mix it with the sauce, spices, onions, garlic, and such. I used my magic bullet, but it turned it into a chicken pate'. I ignored the look of it, sauted mushrooms and onions and put it on a bun with ff swiss cheese and nuked it so the cheese melted. It was edible, but not a oh so yummy that I must have again, that the other dinners give me.

And then put it in a baggy with the sauce and shake shake shake. I think it's a great Idea, because I did like the bbq sauce, so I didnt try it tonight, I wasnt in the mood to saute the mushrooms and onions, but I think I will try it tomorrow!!.

I'll let you know how it turns out...

The problem is you can't really ask other people what is good and what is not.. because where one person may hate the chicken, some one else may love it.. one person may hate Split Pea Soup, another may love it, so it's just trial and error I guess.. try foods, if you don't like it, don't reorder it..

As for ideas for the chicken if you have more of them... Take the chicken, put it in a skillet, use a tablespoon of low fat cooking oil (fat serving) or White Cooking wine (free food) and cook the chicken in that for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, flip and sprinkle with cajun seasoning again. Cook 2 more minutes. Toss in veggies of choice (that would go good on a salad, green pepper, brocoli etc) cook 5 more minutes..

Cut up chicken into strips.. Get some lettuce (dinner salad portion) scramble an egg (saved proten from afternoon snack) add the 2 veggies you cooked to lettuce (green pepper, brocoli etc) throw strips of chicken onto salad. :-).

If you need a carbohydrate serving, toss in corn serving as well into the skillet cooking with the rest and include in salad. Toss salad with salsa or salad dressing of choice..

Are you talking about the regular chicken patty or the newer grilled one? I too really hate the chicken pattyI think it's more the texture than anything elsebut I'm going to give the grilled one a try...

I like the regular/original one best - but then as has been said before - there really is no bad food - just that we all have different likes and dislikes...except we all knew how to overdo and wind up here..
