Quick question... What are some very filling, low points (Nutrisystem) snacks? Hoping for any answer. Second question of mine... I found a recipe on here for Custard for 2 and it calls for stevia. I have never heard of stevia. Can I use splenda instead? I hate to buy stevia just to use in custard, THe recipe sounds wonderful!!!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

I'd love that recipe, too. My hubby (who's doing Nutrisystem with me) absolutely LOVES custardone of his fav desserts...

1 egg.

1 cup ff milk.

3 packets sweetner.

3/4 t. vanilla.

1/8 t. salt.

1/8 t. nutmeg.

Lightly beat egg, whisk in milk, sweetner, salt & vanilla..

Pour into 2 ungreased custard cups. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg, Place in.

8" square or 9" round baking dish. Add 1" of hot water to baking dish..

Bake for 35 mins. at 350..

Per serving 80 cal. 2 1/2 g.fat 7 1/2 protein.

Dairy or protein.

Why can't we have the whole thing? Why does it have to be for 2?..

I am eating a dish of it right now while it's still warm. It is so DELICIOUS!!!..

I suppose you could if you were going to save/eat 2 of your proteins/dairy from the day's allocation so you could eat the whole dish at once. I probably would eat half today and half tomorrow. Something you.


Definitely have to plan for in advance...

The custard sounds soooooo good. I can't wait to try it. I am going to make it tonight and eat half and then the other half as my protein for breakfast. Yummy!..
