I'd love that recipe, too. My hubby (who's doing Nutrisystem with me) absolutely LOVES custardone of his fav desserts...
1 cup ff milk.
3 packets sweetner.
3/4 t. vanilla.
1/8 t. salt.
1/8 t. nutmeg.
Lightly beat egg, whisk in milk, sweetner, salt & vanilla..
Pour into 2 ungreased custard cups. Sprinkle w/ nutmeg, Place in.
8" square or 9" round baking dish. Add 1" of hot water to baking dish..
Bake for 35 mins. at 350..
Per serving 80 cal. 2 1/2 g.fat 7 1/2 protein.
Dairy or protein.

I suppose you could if you were going to save/eat 2 of your proteins/dairy from the day's allocation so you could eat the whole dish at once. I probably would eat half today and half tomorrow. Something you.
