Your question was: What are some promo codes for Godaddy SSL certificates?.

Yes, carefully selected EmergingTrendGenericKeyword(s) dot com hand regs by definition are constantly emerging and can do well...

Yeah, it is possible, but not easy. Normally you are better off looking on drop lists. It is easier to cycle through already registered domains than coming up with a gem out of the blue...

Yes there are always few left to pick from among so many expiring every day...

I picked up a HostGator by a complete fluke last week, I was checking the whois and saw the .com was available! (though taken in every other tld) then I found out it had been active since 2000 and dropped four days earlier. I would have paid $XXXX for the HostGator lol...

I'd love to know that name too, pray tell. Honestly, if it's still available, it's probably not worth much. But hey, don't take my word for it...

There are still TONS of great domains available to reg that can easily return $xxx. to find a hand reg worth $xxxx or more is, of course, much more difficult. but, as mentioned above, with new technologies, trends and products, there will always be some new diamonds to discover...

Right. registered in 2002. WTF is a 'podcast' in 2002?..

It all depends on what you see as huge after sale value. To answer that, you must ask yourself what are your goals in the industry. Simply stating to have a home run sale like a doesn't count as that is a pipe dream as compared to a well thought out plan.

If you are aiming to make money through multiple sales, it is possible to register a name & sell it for a profit. The real money is repeating the cycle as registering a name for $8 & selling it for $20-$30 seems bad. However add that up time after time & you see how it is profitable.

What the main problem I find with many domainers is they expect to hand register something, sit around for awhile, & legitimately sell a name for that big sale. The percentages are against that happening for most & the real money winners are the ones who work their names to the right people. I see a big legitimate sale as one to an actual end user, not constantly trading names back & forth amongst the same domainers which is what you tend to see with more novelty concepts...
