I make potato soup, a recipe I saw on here at one time. You make the potatoes, with a little less water, and then heat them up on the stove with fat free milk and fat free cheese (to equal your protein). It's so yummy and very filling!..
Since the weather is getting cooler, I've started making potato soup out of the cheesy potatoes. I cook diced onion, celery & garlic in 3/4 cup chicken broth until tender, then add hot water & potatoes to soup consistency. Then I add a hotdog, 1 oz ham, bacon, or 1 sl ff cheese for the protein. I saute onions and garlic then add Yves Veggie Ground Round(you could use ground cow) and a bit of frozen peas and corn. Dump into a portable container with lid, then slop the potatoes on top. Sprinkle with paprike - voila -Shepherd's Pie...

No, I totally get it - I have a lot of them, too, but I love them and haven't gotten too tired of them yet. What I did started doing recently that sort of changes the flavor a bit and tastes really good (in my opinion) is adding a dollop or two of fat free sour cream - it makes the potatoes even creamier! Yummy!..
Hahahahah ha...Yes, I know...They are the most favorite lunch...and used to be mine. One month, all I ordered for lunch was the cheesy potatoes....I think that is what did me in and I just need a break..
Today I made them into pancakes and added a little egg beaters as well as some veggie crumbles. I fried 3 cakes in some Pam and had some ketchup over them. They were really really good. Kinda' reminded me of eating hash (corn beef/ground beef hash)..

Cheesy Baked Potato Soup Featuring the Dukan Diet Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes.
Counts as Dukan Diet lunch and protein (82.5 cal, 9.5g protein).
Ingredients: 1 Dukan Diet Cheesy Homestyle Potato Soup.
1 cooked slice Turkey Bacon 25 cal, 2g protein.
1/8 cup (or 2 tbsp.) FF Cheese 22.5 cal, 4.5g protein.
1/2 cup light soy milk (or FF milk) 35 cal, 3g protein.
A few sprinkles pepper.
Heat 1 cup water for two minutes. Mix into Dukan Diet potatoes and stir well. Transfer to large bowl. Add in 1 tablespoon FF cheese to melt. Stir in milk. Reheat a few seconds if necessary.
After preparation, feel free to add more hot water to it to thin it out more if you'd like!.
*Tip for "chunky"potato soup.
Cook some cauliflower and pulse lightly with a dollop of FF sour cream, salt and pepper. Drop chunks in for mock chunky potato soup. (Thanks Prubelle and Newyearnewhope!) Cauliflower replaces lunch salad and FF sour cream is a free food!.

I just made them with a few sprays of ICBINB, slight sprinkle of FF cheddar, then microwaved to melt the cheese. Topped with a bit of ff sour cream and a sprinkle of bacon bits-tasted like a loaded baked potato. Had that with a black bean burger...really delicous lunch!..
OK - I tried it and I liked it. I fixed the potatoes as directed. I buy Green Giant Just for One Broccoli and Cheese Sauce - it comes in 4 individual trays and is just right for me. So I fixed one of the trays and added it to the potatoes - it is thick so you probably can add some fat-free milk to make it souper..
The nutrition facts for each tray of the broccoli and cheese sauce is Calories 60, Fat Cal 25, Total Fat 3gr. Judyf..
Judy- what are you counting the tray as...a veggie, it has too much fat or is it a veggie and dairy/protein, how much protein is in it? Just curious as I love brocolli with cheese sauce..
According to the box it is 1 Vegetable and 1/2 fat and protein is 2 grams. I thought it was good and very filling...
