Hey guys...i just wanted to share something that I have been doing to keep me motivated. every night as i'm going to sleep I practice visualization. I visualize in my head what I want my body to look like. I imagine what it will feel like to wear cute clothes and visualize what I will look like in them. if I have an event like a barbeque coming up, I visualize myself staying OP and resisting the temptation. I use a guided meditation in headphones right before I go to sleep. I also use it in the afternoon when I'm off work, if I'm feeling discouraged. The one I downloaded is "Guided Mediatation for Weight Loss" by Bonnie Groessl. Very soothing!..

Visualization is a proven tool for success. I even have a visualization board in my bedroom with all the things I want in my life. So far, so good...

Do you all know that theres are some very nice guided meditations on this site? Look under Success Tools, Feel Good, the Meditation Room. You can watch them online or download the mp3 files and listen to them..

I visulized the scale would say 143 this morning.. I was off by 1/2 lb.. 143.5.. my husband thought I was crazy!!..
