Got a quick question: Verisign SSL Certificate help needed (concerning website and payment)? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another quick question... Dear,.

I migrated my hole Verisign site to a new server with new php and mysql versions. I have done this before..

Everything looks fine, and works fine, except one thing..

I don't see my orders in the admin. The rest of the Verisign website is working 100%..

When I login to the database it shows them just fine..

Searched on the forum but couldn't find any related topics..

This Verisign site is live now and I can't go back. Please help me ASAP..

With Regards,.

Mike..

Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably could assist you..

You could use the contribution about finding lost orders in your database..

Are the old customers showing OK ?

I've also the same issue.

Migrated from php4.1 to 4.4 , mysql 4 to mysql 5, sarge to Etch.

Everything work ok but the order.php.

The database is recording order properly.

I feel the issue comes from the SQL command line line 355 of orders.php.

I'm not able to correct ..

Did you have any luck finding the issuer ? .

I'm still stuck in front of a non working system..

I had something like this ages ago, from memory it ended up being a missing Order Status that had been removed, but the orders were set to that. So it had a blank field and would not display them in admin, but did in mysql.

Place a new order and see if it shows up in orders in admin, if it does then your old orders are missing something so compare them in mysql and look for a blank field which might be in order status or something else.

For me I had removed a status and adding this back gave me all my orders back.

In English:.

When I go to Customers, then I DO see the new customers wich placed a order..

But when I go to Orders, then I don't see the related orders. I do see the old ones placed before the migration..

The rest works fine..

What can it be ? de shop is already live so any quick help would be appreciated..

Check in MYSQL to see if you can see the new orders there. If so make a note of the order number and go into admin.

Then browse to.

/admin/orders.php?selected_box=customers&page=1&oID=1498&action=edit replace 1498 with your order number.

See if the order comes up then. if it does you might see something strange or missing, like an order status or something. this should help you track down the problem..

Try changing one of the order status in admin and see if it then shows up in the normal list..

Personnaly i'm wonderning if my problem does nto come from a French Version of the Admin.

I was able to let the admin panel display the number of pending order in the small left box (main page of the admin).

The issue was a non proper filling of the orders_status table , which I corrected this way:.

(3, 1, 'Delivered'),.

(2, 1, 'Processing'),.

(1, 1, 'Pending'),.

(1, 4, 'En attente'),.

(2, 4, 'En cours'),.

(3, 4, 'Livr');.

The 3 last lines were the french translation.

Now the box displays the pending number of order properly.

But when I click on the link (/admin/orders.php?selected_box=customers&status=1)I get nothing.

Admin/orders.php?status= list no orders.

Admin/orders.php?status=1.

Admin/orders.php?status=2.

Admin/orders.php?status=3.

Do not mist anothing at all..

/shop/account_history_info.php?order_id=10 does list a pending order with the appropriate status : Pending.

This issue is driving me crazy ..

I'm thinking of zapping the all code and restart from scratch (but do nto want to loose hours).....

My feeling is I've done something wrong in the table configuration. But as I'm not an expert, I cannot figure out..

If it helps, some content of my tables.

INSERT INTO `orders_status_history` (`orders_status_history_id`, `orders_id`, `orders_status_id`, `date_added`, `customer_notified`, `comments`) VALUES (10, 10, 1, '2008-12-20 09:13:10', 1, 'customer remark');.

System is: PHP4.4, Mysql5, Etch 64 bits, Apache 2.

OsCommerce version: $Id: application_top.php,v 1.280 2003/07/12 09:38:07 hpdl Exp $.
