That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..
Way to go!!.
It's always good to keep advancing!!..
Not meaning to hijack the thread but I'm a 30-year league bowler myself (not PBA level, but still pretty solid after all these years):.
I found when I lost the weight the first time that my bowling avg actually went down...it's amazing how our bodies get used to doing things even at an inflated size/weight. I had to get my finger-holes re-drilled for the new skinnier fingers, and I had to alter my approach/delivery with less weight behind each shot. Luckily after 30 years I have some technique/skills so I was able to adapt, but I still was down a few sticks on the ol' avg. Not that I was complaining, though...would rather be in better shape. And so I hope this happens again when I lose the weight the second time...we shall see..
This wins the "go figure" award for me..
BTW PBA, your pics are impressive!!..
My daughter had a bowling party yesterday so I went along and got a lane with my two other kids. I used to bowl a lot when I was a kid - a 190 avg , had a few 600 series. anyhow, thank god the gutter guards were up yesterday...i stunk up the place!.
Pba, I bet you can wear those pants and put your bowling balls in there as well! great job!..
Nicely done. Im shooting for the terrific threes before my next weigh in..
I'm looking to get into the 3's this week myself. Great job!..
