First question I got is Starting my Dukan Diet tomorrow.. will I lose weight? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another question... Well, sort of. It's a decent substitute, anyway..

I've been craving the heck out of a DQ Banana Cream Pie Blizzard so I made my own:.

1 sugar free vanilla pudding (the single serve little cup).

1/2 banana.

2 Tablespoons FF cool whip.

1/2 sheet of a graham cracker..

Freeze the pudding for a bit. Maybe a couple of hours. (I actually did it overnight by accident and had to defrost it a little) and just mix up the rest of the stuff. It may have even been better if I would have frozen the banana for a bit too but it was fine the way it was..

I did the same thing yesterday but used peaches and SF cinnamon rice pudding..

It's a pretty decent sub, I think...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

Aren't you low on protein with this? Does it come up to 7 g protein?..

I wouldn't do this very often not enough protein in most of those indiv pudding cups to work as a dairy/protein OR in your combo for it to work as a dessert item.

This sounds good, you could mix in 2 oz (4TB) ff cream cheese and then the 8g protein would be suitable and only an additional 60 calories...

Sorry, but I'm new to the recipe boards..

How would you count this? Would it be 3 FFs, 1 Carb and 1 Fruit?..

Unfortunately, as written, it would count as a high-glycemic carb (if you add 3 free foods together, it becomes a carb; thats why you shouldn't eat them at the same time) and 1 fruit. However, if you read the other posts in the thread, you'll see suggestions for adding protein, and that would make it almost the equivalent of a dessert...

I have made the pudding, adding some cocoa powder and froze it for Ice Cream. Not too long though or else it gets really hard. I also saw that people use the hot chocolate mix, adding cocoa to that and freezing it...
