Quick question... Starting a new Dukan Diet but is it healthy? Hoping for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... Does anyone know whether there exists a Dukan Diet friendly recipe for a greek salad and/or other salads that use feta cheese?..

How about chopped romaine, sliced kalamata olives, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and oregano, salt and pepper, and crumbles of ff feta? plus a light vinaigrette of red wine vinegar, and a tad of olive oil.....

What's also really nice is a few sliced sun-dried tomatoes for some extra sweetness......

I like to do:.

Farms FF Honey Dijon Dressing.

But, to get more volume of dressing and to cut the calories by a little bit, sometimes I mix 1 TB of the dressing with 1 TB of fat free mayo (10 calories), and 1 TB white vinegar, and then sprinkle some rosemary and thyme seasonings and stir in all together.I really like it mixed this way with my version of a greek salad, FF or reduced fat feta cheese, pepperochinis, onions, lettuce...

This is how I make mine with the exception that I use Wishbone's Red Wine Spritzer and a sprinkle of McCormick's Greek Seasoning. Tastes very authentic!!!!..

Where do you get FF feta cheese? Also, are peppercinis pickles?.

In my experience, most grocery stores carry fat-reduced feta (maybe not ff), next to the feta cheese (typically at the soft cheeses like blue cheese). Pepperocinis are pickled, jarred hot peppers...

I have been craving a greek salad all day, before I even saw this thread!! I bought some FF feta today at SuperTarget. It was up by the deli counter. Thanks for the Maple Grove dressing tip - looked at some dressings today, but didn't buy any because I really wanted FF or low fat dressing. Think I'll try looking at Trader Joe's tomorrow and see what I can find. Thanks! Kari..
