You CAN do it and so can I - and you are right- this is the easiest diet - but it needs to become our way of life!..
It definitly will be my way of life, thats why I called a meal plan rather than a diet. For me the words DIET = Failure. Meal plan is so much nicer I think.LOL.

It's day 2 for me - I feel water-logged, but not hungry, except for between 10-12:00 noon. The biggest shock for me has been the size of the entrees - I must have been eating 6 portions of food at dinner and 3 desserts!..

I started yesterday; I had the Meatloaf for dinner and did not like it; I did find the Recipe Club and will try the Shepherd's Pie with my next Meatloaf dinner. I am enjoying the lunches. I want to stay focused and really give this a try...

I like the distinction you made between "diet" and "meal plan." Anything that has the word "die" in front just sounds negative...
