No limit as long as you've had a minimum of your 64 oz of plain water first..
Also recommended to keep caffeinated drinks to 3/day, as you will be more sensitive to caffeine as your system gets cleared out..
Read the labels of all soft drinks. Even if they say "diet" they can still have calories and carbs. You want zero of each. There's a diet orange that has 6 grams of carbs, which can tank your whole ketosis situation pretty quick..
Am I the only one that likes that heart pounding, freaking out, twitchy, beat my children feeling of caffeine? LOL .
If I have over 2 caffeinated drinks in one day. Watch out..
Yeah I like to tweak out on caffeine. 3 cups of coffee and a soda a day for me! Trying to kick the speed habit, it helps.
Yep, beat them bloody but it feels so good! Just kidding. Too much caffeine makes my shimmies more twitches and less like a shimmie..
I had my first diet coke today since I started Medifast in May and oh my the buzz was something else. LOL.
We were on the road and I was driving and just kept getting faster and faster. I think I'm off the stuff for good..
Plus it actually tasted alot different than I remember..
In the last week, I started drinking diet pop again. I have one in the afternoon. Well, last night I had one at 10pm because I was hungry and figured the carbonation would fill me up a bit. As I've never really been sensitive to caffeine, the time didn't bother me. Well at 11:45 I got out of bed after not being able to sleep, cleaned out my closet, tried on some clothes, read 50 pages, and then just laid there. The last time I looked at the clock it was almost 2:30, and I just could not figure out why I couldn't sleep.
Sweet caffeine. But not at night!!!.
I try to stay away from sodas. And I HATE the amped up caffeine feeling. But more power to ya'll that are crazy on it! Could get alot of house work done that way!.
