Question I have... Should I join Nutrisystem or no? Thanks for any answer or 2. Another question on my mind: On Monday I received a Email from Nutrisystem stating that they are processing my order, Well this morning I get a another Email from Nutrisystem saying that my order was delayed by me, Well how can I delay it when I wasn't home at 10:00 AM..

If any of you are waiting for a order you better make sure that someone else hasn't delayed your order with out you knowing it. I made sure I called them about this. I just want to make sure this dosen't happen to anyone else here...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..

I can understand her saying without her knowing it. She did not place the delay so it was placed without her knowing it. She was then notified it was placed by her when it was not...

It was without me knowing it, because I called and she said someone called at 10:00 am when it wasn't me who called to delay the order, That's how!!..

Ok - so YOU didn't delay it, but you.

Were notified.

As far as the rep saying "someone called" does not ring true for me either. EVERY time I call NS, I have to identify myself and confirm with my phone number and/or address - plus, all calls are logged by the operators and they can tell exactly who called, what time it was, etc..

Sounds like a troll here to me ... or just someone in a bad mood because the order was delayed...

Yeah I know, if I had problem they alway's ask for my Name and address. So I don't know how they can delay without my consent of doing so!!..

That sucks, Barb. Must say while I LOVE the program and my new pant size, I've never been very impressed with NS' customer service...
