I just discovered these. omg they are good. I have been counting them as a veggie. my health coach cautioned me to eat these only once a week or so, due to the carbs.she says they can slow slow your weight loss. there are only 6 carbs in a cup and a half..

Anyone have any additional thoughts on this?.

I also like the noodles. I make mine like spaghetti with salsa and my lean (gr.turkey or lean burger). Linda in Pa...

I have never had these and not even sure where in the store to look for them. What are they comparable to? Do they taste like noodles?..

I read up on these and we have a Ranch99 which is a huge asian market near me and I am sure they have them....gonna try them out...

I found mine near the tofu in the refrigerated section. you need to rinse them very well and then boil for about 3 minutes. they are delish. you use them as you would any other noodle. ( with sauce, with butter substitute and pepper, with some laughing cow-melted- tastes like fetuccine-) mmmmm.

I was wondering if any one has used these regularly and noted any weight loss slow down?.

I eat them about 3 days a week and so far (fingers crossed) my weight hasn't slowed...

I eat them all the time when on 5&1 and on maintenance. My understanding from nutritional support is the issue with using them as a green is they don't have a lot of the good vit and minerals you get in other veggies...not an issue with carbs particularly?.

They don't taste like much on their own but when mixed into stuff, are very filling and yummy. I basically use them as my 'pasta' for everything now..

I like to add them to Medifast Chili with about 1 cup low sodium chicken broth. Yum..

I have only used House Foods brand and depending on what I'm making, I don't bother to boil them either and never really was bothered by the smell. I do rinse them well though...

I found these at the store and bought 2 bags just in case I liked them.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this 2nd bag......

I tried them but just couldn't get past the texture and smell...oh well. I gave the other two bags I bought to a co-worker and she loved them...to each their own! hee hee..
