I've been only using puffs and bars for quite a while now, 3 months or so? I've had no issues. I do have an occasional brownie though..
I eat pretzels 3-4 times a day and seem to be doing fine..
All meals are nutritionally the same. it does not matter which ones you choose to eat. it's all interchangeable..
The only problem I had with the pretzels and puff is the amount of sodium in them raised my levels higher than my Dr. liked..
....that's what I was wondering about....the sodium. I wondered also if all the sodium from only having pretzels and puffs would hinder weight loss..
Yeah I eat a lot of the pretzels especially the cinn ones!! You will lose weight no matter what 5 foods you eat a day! Medifast food that is lol..
So, if thats all you wanna eat, then go for it!.
As I understand it, sodium is bad for you on general principle and for various health conditions, but not a hindrance to weight loss. It causes you to retain water, but that's not the thing that matters with the amount of weight most of us have to lose. I don't care if I have a few extra pounds of water weight if I've lost 85 pounds of fat..
