Got a question... Please tell me what Verisign SSL 2.0 ,Verisign SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0? Thanks in advance for any response. 2nd question I got is.. I'm using OSC 2.2 and about 2 days ago all images stopped showing. I've seen a possible fix but really didn't understand it. I'm not fluent with OSC and need step by step instructions..

Has anyone had this type of problem? If so, how did you fix it?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably could assist you..

Post a link to your Verisign site so we can see what's going on..

Great idea. Don't know why I didn't think about that..

We also had a permissions change for no reason, as you'll see when you go there..

I also just noticed that all my links are going nowhere. It's like files got deleted, or something. Ugh...

I just had a thought. We've set up a second Verisign hosting account and moved the original Verisign domain name to the new server. If I recall the way OSC is set up it is keyed to the Verisign domain name. Now that the Verisign domain has been moved to a different server could that cause an issue?..

Bingo. (I'd think) You want to check your catalog/includes/configure.php file, and catalog/admin/includes/configure.php, where all your paths are defined. Moving to a different server most likely changed the absolute paths, you'd just need to correct them in your configure files, and should be good to go. You'll also want to double check and correct the permissions on your files and folders, that is what's causing the warning at the top of your site. Set them as low as you can for security purposes. A little search here on the forum will point you in the right direction for that part..

Namast,.

Russ..

Thank you for pointing out the admin bit, too. I had figured out the other but didn't think about the admin side. I'm starting to figure this system out more every time I break it...

Bump..

I'm trying to think of any more info that might help. I found some instructions that said to make sure the stylesheet was linked to properly. They were a little cryptic but I think I looked where I was supposed to and it looked right..

And when I say no images I mean headers, borders, product images, nothing is showing but text. The formatting on the text is still in place, though. This leads me to think it is something other than the link to the stylesheet..

What ever you guys think I'll give it a try...
