I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably know..

Simple enough for those that understand but I really don't... I'm not a technical expert. Where it says.

, do I put my web address in or an IP address of the server?..

As I said .. sorry .. couldn't resist hope you were not offended..

You are making it harder by not giving the relevant info .. e.g..

Is the Verisign site in a directory or in root .. example ...

Root = www.mysite.com/.

Directory = www.mysite.com/catalog/.

Your web address like ...

Two examples here .. (the important bits only first 9 defines).

Firstly - a root install.

Define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');.

Define('ENABLE_SSL', false);.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');.

Define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/');.

Define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');.

Define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');.

Secondly where the Verisign site is in a directory called catalog.

Define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.mysite.com');.

Define('ENABLE_SSL', false);.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.mysite.com');.

Define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');.

Define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/catalog/');.

Define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/catalog/');.

Define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/catalog/');..

The first one is located (hope this what you're asking for).

Htdocs/includes/congifure.php.

The next is in:.

Htdocs/admin/includes/configure.php.

I understand web address! but it's the scripting I'm not too knowledgeable on....

It seems that when I add a product to a category, the Verisign site can't find the image I upload. I've also lost my payment & shipping modules, although the files are there, they don't appear in the admin section - well, they do but when I go to install them, nothing happens...

With your host check the usual things ...

Is register_globals set to on (if the Verisign site is pre RC1).

Are register_long_arrays set to on.

You can see these settings in your admin panel actually under "tools"..
