Also, did you get THREE pancakes outta that powder??.

Two pancakes lol.

And I am having a hard time with the smell of all the food....any suggestions???.

That sounds yummy. I want to try them with some strawberry syrup and a little whipped topping. As far as the smell goes you will just get used to it. Fortunately they normally don't taste like they smell. LOL.

I just had my cc pancake as a muffin, with about half a teaspoon of PB2 sprinkled in! It was nummy!.

I know the smell you mean. A few months ago I thought I would lose it when I smelled the hot cocoa (which is my favorite Medifast meal!!) and another time I left my cran mango in the water bottle too long and the smell was... omg. Anyway I find that the colder a food is, the less the smell is. So I ice all my beverages (no smell), freeze the brownies (no smell), chill bars in the fridge (no smell) and when I had oatmeal I would make a muffin and eat it cold (almost no smell). HTH.

Hi everyone,.

Just one quick question: what is WF Blueberry syrup? or the PB2 that I saw in another post. I'm a newbie. (Can't you tell?) This is my second full week. I wanted to try the pancakes but wasn't sure about the toppings, etc. I noticed that one person made a muffin instead......

Yeah, I always wondered what the PB2 was too? What is it?.

I know, it's mindracking! .

Walden Farms is a brand of no-lo cal products, from salad dressing to syrups.

PB2 is a dried peanut butter that is really good!.

Check out for all these products. They have a decent flat rate shipping and awesome customer service. Search for my thread on them. You can also get the DaVinci syrups from them..

I had an off topic question. I had the cauliflower pizza. I used 1 cup of grated cauliflower, one cup of skim mozz shredded cheese, 2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce and garlic powder to make the pizza with 4 pieces of turkey pepperoni. Is that off plan?.

The pizza was delish and I was soo full and felt like I was cheating because it was a big pizza..

I make one big pancake. the smell of the food bothered me at first, now it doesn't anymore..

I've always wanted to try the blueberry syrup!!! Sounds yummy!.
