Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..
1. Stay on Nutrisystem and keep losing weight in a healthy way..
2. Up my cardio and esp my strength work exercise, as I'm not doing as much as I could..
3. Keep periodic check on my BP (which has gone way down since on NS/losing weight)..
4. Keep working on keeping anxiety and stress down...

I would encourage everyone who is able to at least take up walking during heart month...do it every day for at least 30 mins...at as brisk a pace as you can stand...look around while you are doing it...take in your surroundings...look for ways to make people smile...
