The easiest thing to order in most places is a shrimp cocktail (protein) and a large salad. Either bring your own dressing or ask for dressing on the side. Don't pour - just dip. You can have one small roll with this option (carb).
Avoid pasta, sauce, sautee, breaded, cheese...
Enjoy your night out with the girls. A nice big salad is always a great option. Minus bacon or croutons. Bring your own dressing. Grilled fajitas minus the tortillas. Grilled shrimp.
Don't be afraid to ask your server for what you want. You are paying for the food. You should be able to have it done how you want...
