Got a question, hope someone can answer... Nutrisystem question for anyone that knows about boiled eggs? Looking forward for any answer. Another question... Here is a super simple "recipe" to get all your fruit in for the day. Someone had mentioned baked apples on another board, but didn't include how to make them. So, I tried it and here's what I did.

I sliced the apple with an apple slicer then sprinkled cinnamon on them. Put them in the toaster over on "bake" for about 15 minutes..

I was thinking that maybe a spray or so of ICBINB would be nice too, but I didn't have any. I usually have problems finding fruit to be fulfilling but this is warm goodness...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

I usually do the splenda on them and microwave the. I just bought some brown sugar splenda and am going to try that...

Try the davinci/torani sugar free syrups on the apples instead of splenda when you bake/nuke them english toffee is good - so is caramel, butterscotch, dulche de leche or any of the other similar ones - praline is nice - lmao (I have a lot of the sf syrups and use different ones depending on mood).

I make them with the brown sugar splenda and lots of cinnamon. Very goooood!!!..

I like to make it with cheddar cheese - fruit and protein all in one! Mmmmm....

Never thought of cheese on an apple. Might have to try that. Do you bake the apple then put cheese on it?..

I just core the apple, sprinkle it with cinnamon and brown sugar splenda and nuke for 3 minutes. Delicious...

For some reason I thought the brown sugar splenda was part real brown sugar and not that low in calories?..

10 cals a tsp. Not the best but not bad either. I only use a tsp. on my apple..

I need to eat a fruit, so guess what I'm having.

Update: I just made this. Sliced apple, splenda, cinnamon & added 1 T of FF Cool Whip. YUMMY!..

I read, but haven't tried, that if you core an apple and pour some diet cola into the hole and nuke it until it's soft it tastes like a carmel apple. I'm going to try it tonight...

Your recipe works well in the microwave too. No sugar or butter needed. mm mm good..

D'OH! only a week later....

I sprinkle the cheese on top of the sliced apple and microwave the whole shebang for about 40-45 seconds on high..

Mmm, that sounds like it tastes like fondue. I love fondue...

I don't have any problems eating an apple as long as it is granny smith. My 40 lb order just came in and they are soooooo green not like last time. I forgot about the cheese on apples but don't have any anyways. My problem is not eating enough of a variety of fruit can't get them. I have been eating canned fruit with washing the fruit to get off the syrup..

I really miss fried apples so I guess I should try baking them. Thanks...
