Quick question: Nutrisystem Points at UNO Restuarent? Thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. I find this varies greatly reading the posts & blogs. I know what works best for some isn't always the 'rule', but what works for you?..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could assist you..

Once a week, right away after waking and before eating, freshly pee'd and poop'd and naked as a jay bird!..

At least twice a week. I'm aware that the scale can fluctuate, but I like the feedback. I've had a good mid-week weigh in but when the official day came, it didn't show that. The next day, however, would show more of what I was expecting as I was retaining fuid on the day I did my OWI. Some people don't exercise the day before an OWI to avoid fluid gain sometimes associated with exercising...

Personally, I'm doing every 4 weeks onNutrisystem(with every BBB). I know myself and I get very discouraged after a week of hard work in eating healthy and exercise to only see a -.5. I would get too frustrated and quit..

I'm so encouraged with how big my clothes are, how good I'm feeling, how energized my workouts are, how much my mood is improved, to let a stupid number on a stupid scale derail me..

But again, that's just me and how my stupid brain works...

I'm sorta adicted to weighing in-and I know it doesn't help. I'm down to 2-3 times a week...

Once a week on Monday' at work. I used to weigh in every day when my scale was working at home that was enough to drive me batty..

I'm obsessive about it, but I'm also realistic about the results. I weight twice a day (once in the morning and once before bed - before bed is to mainly get an idea of what I can expect in the morning)..

If I show a slight gain, I don't freak out. I may eat towards the lower end of my calorie range the next day, but I don't cry and complain that it's not working. I use the daily weigh-ins to adjust what I'm doing... more water, more exercise, change my foods up, etc. Or keep at it if I'm doing good!.

I only record my weight once a week, though...

I admit - I'm neurotic about it. I'm a more than once a day kinda gal. It was really hurting me at first when I wasn't losing and it was a detriment to this process. But after I got over the first hurdle and the weight started coming off, I am OK if I go for a day or two and don't see a weight loss and even a little gain. I don't panic, I know that something else is affecting the scale and it will come off eventually. But I've always been this way - to weight myself every day, not just on NS. It's when I DON'T weight myself I know there is a problem! I didn't weight myself for more than six months prior to joining JS...

I use my Wii Fit Plus to do a daily body check including weight. I expect it to bounce around a few tenths of a pound from day to day but like some others have said, if I see it go up more than .3 I drink more water and choose leaner add ins. I am all about numbers and lowering them...on my scale, in my closet, and with my tape measure!.

Everybody should do what works for them. This works for me!..

I do it daily in morning after (doing that 1st thing) shower and shave as the saying goes. I know I fluctuate but I'm always curious and don't take one weight as gospel, look more for trend. I also log almost every day, makes a cool looking graph...

I wanted to check your graph to see how cool it was and it shows a 90 lb weight gain. I think you probably meant to put 231 and not 321...

"Officially" once a week. That's when I record my weight..

I weigh every now and then but don't think anything about what the scales say...

Once a week. I don't have a scale at my house, so I have to use the one in my school's fitness center...

I weigh in 1 to 2 times a week. When I first started in Jan, I was weighing 2-3 x's a day. That was rediculous. I was nervous all the time, and felt like a looser if the scales showed a little bit of a gain. Now, I am calmer, and some weeks actually forget to weigh on weigh day...
