First question I got is Nutrisystem meetings locale for scottsdale az? Many thanks for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. I am very upset.. I started 3 weeks ago.. the first week I lost 1.5 lbs.. and I have not lost anything since..

I believe I have been following the plan very well.. I have been logging in my food everyday.. I come at 1200 cal. a day.. I have worked out 4x a week.. I have been soooo good..

I want to lose 18 lbs together.. and I thought by now I would have at least lost 5 lbs. I have another order coming next week.. I am going on vacation in two weeks..I am very dis-heartened!..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..

The plan does work but the problem is that our bodies do not operate on a set weight loss schedule. Sometimes it likes to take time to adjust before losing again. The amount you lose may be influenced by past habits, for example, water intake and amount of weight to lose. You may want to call a counselor and go over your plan and type of exercise and intensity of exercise...

Because you have a relatively small amount to lose, it does take longer (or at least seems to take longer). Just wait until you get down to the last 5-10 pounds. Those will not come off willingly. Then there are the women that gain weight around TOM so that makes it even harder..

An average of 1-2 pounds per week (not necessarily EVERY week), is good. So, while you have lost 1.5 pounds in 3 weeks, you are only slightly below the 1-2 pounds average..

Keep up the good work. Eat all of your food, drink all of your water and keep with the exercise. The weight will come off in your body's own sweet time. Just not at the rate you want...

I kind of know how you feel, I am a very slow loser too, started with my sister and we weighed the same, and she is way ahead of me on how much many pounds we each have lost. I feel a little discouraged being I kept the program when I went away on vacay last week while everyone ate lots of good food, thought I might have a greater weight loss this week then I did. Anyhow, hang in there as I will too, good luck!..

Hang in there. Be happy that you are on plan and doing well- doesn't that make you feel much better than before?? Try to focus on how well you are doing- be proud of yourself. It will come off eventually! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Maybe check your sodium intake if you aren't losing like you want. Just hang in there!! Good job on sticking with it!!!..

I would highly recommend calling aNutrisystemcounselor and go over your food, water and exercise. They are wonderful help...

Also - measure your waist, especially since you're exercising. Muscle weighs more than fat but will tighten up. Sometimes when the scale is not moving, there will be a difference in waist measurement...

Thank you all!! Yes I will call a counselor.. I have been drinking all my water and then some.... I will admit I feel better... but I want results on the scale!! Arrghhhh..

Don't worry - it works. I always think of the plan as cumulative...you have to get it going but then it keeps on..

I lost 25 pounds - I know you will if you stick to the plan!..
