I have been on Nutrisystem 2 weeks. I have lost 10 pounds and I am stuck. I lost 8 pounds the first week and 2 the second. I am feeling frustrated and I know I should be proud of myself for trying to get this weight off and get healthy but Im not. The breakfast menu is good as well as the lunch but I struggle with dinner. Any suggestions out there.

What should I do to get back on track? I can honestly say I have stuck to this change faithfully but am ready for griled foods and cooking again...

Average loss after week 1 is 1-2 pounds a week, and that's exactly what you lost. You've lost more in 2 weeks than I did my first month! So just keep doing what you're doing. Check the Food and Recipe forums for ideas on what to do with the dinners. I know they aren't fabulous, but find one or two you like and just get a bunch of those in your next order if that works for you. Some people eat the pizza every night because it's the only thing they like. You have to experiement and make this work for you. Good luck!..

You are not stuck; you are doing fantastic! If it is that you're unhappy with the drop in the per-week loss, keep in mind that during the first week, people tend to lose a lot of water weight as their bodies adjust to healthier, lower carb food. Once your body adjusts to Nutrisystem, the average weight loss is 1-2 lbs. per week, and that is a healthy rate for sustainable weight loss. Some folks might lose more consistently each week, but that is a result of a variety of factors-how much you have to lose, prior eating habits, genetics, gender, amount of muscle mass, etc. Nutrisystem and other diets say "results not typical" in their ads because everyone's weight loss pace varies because of those aforementioned factors.

Like Dancer said, check out the "Before and after" thread for motivation. Also, take a loot at the Food Tips section of these boards. There are a lot of ideas there for jazzing up/personalizing the foods. Hang in there because again, you're doing great!..

Minn you are doing great. When I first started there was a dinner I absolutely hated. Now I really enjoy it. Take your time with dinner. Eat small bites. Tell yourself, this is the most incredible food in the world...

Thanks to everyone that replied and gave me idea's. It does help to know there are others out there to talk to when Im struggling. The idea's will really help and the grilling idea sounds great and gives me something to look forward to...
