I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..

Hey guys,.

Hope everyone is well. I think I missed checking in last week. My weigh in this week was not good. I've been stressing out a bit the last few weeks and can't seem to control myself at night. I've got something going on with my lower back (I think, but not sure) - originally thought it was kidney related, but doctor now says it is not my kidneys, so very grateful for that! I am having a lot of lower back pain. Doc gave me pain meds and I'm taking them, but I hate taking pain killers.

I've got 2 ultra sounds scheduled for next week..

HI all haven't weighed in, I just don't feel like I have lost anything and the last time I did weigh in late last week I was the same. Not feeling well today so home from work. Have been unusually tired so not getting in the exercise..

Big game for us tonight...lost back-to-back games, so we must beat tonight's opponent on the road if we have any chance of winning the conference. Tough position to be in, but a good challenge to see how mentally tough my guys are...looking forward to it!..

Wow, we ALL seem to be in a rut, huh? Ali, sorry to hear about your back. Hope it's nothing serious. I think I mentioned I've been having back issues too..though yours sound like it may be more serious than a structural problem. Hope not. I'm actually sitting on a ball in my office in an effort to help the back. Seems to be working though now I'm having neck problems.



I haven't weighed in this week. Pretty much blew it over the weekend while skiing. Got some exercise in at least since I've been really bad about getting to the gym lately. It was bitterly cold while skiing but it kept the wimps off the slopes and I love it when there are no lift lines. It was -20-something at the top of the mountain on Sunday (which equals -30-40-something with wind chill.) Yeah, kinda crazy. And now I'm sitting here waiting for another snow storm.

I owe my husband a serious massage!.

Anyway, just wanted to pop in and see how everyone was doing. I hope we can help each other out of our ruts (and that everyone is back to feeling 100% soon!!) Maybe we should start some kind of challenge within our little group? Any ideas?.

Another loss for our team, and we are really struggling right now! We can't throw the ball in the ocean, much less in that tiny little rim....oh well, three games over the next three school days, and we should get back on track..

Hi all , Good morning. Just been so busy at work when I get home so tired. Have not hit the boards and miss everyones post..

I am at no change again when I weighed in on Tuesday so still at 47 lbs , I have to increase the water intake I know thats a definate problem for me.

Hopefully next week I will get back on the exercise routine..

Rob sorry about the game loss..

Ali keep us posted on your test, thinking of you lady..

Amy I so can relate about not getting to the gym etc, you are right We all do need a little push..

Hope everyone has a great weekend.....we have a game this afternoon, and I just found out my best player is sick and will not be there......I have had four players sick over the past two weeks, and everyone is having a hard time getting through it......

My team played their guts out, but lost in overtime by 2....not bad, considering our best player was sick and didn't play, and another key player was having back spasms and didn't play either....couldn't me more proud of their effort!.

I am going to a hockey game tonight, and I will try to do my best on what I consume....I hope everyone is having a.
