My 1st question is: Nutrient density is most helpful in achieving what principle of Dukan Diet planning? Many thanks for any response. Second question of mine... Hello everyone!.

Today was a not so good day on the program, and I ended up having an extra Dukan Diet pretzel snack (as well as an extra dairy and fruit.

). So to minimize damage, I'm planning on having the beef patty and fudging the pretzels as my carb. Does anyone have any recipe ideas that use the beef patty without a carb? I was thinking of crumbling it into some sauteed veggies and adding canned diced tomatoes, but I'm not sure if this would be good and I also don't know what kind of herbs/spices would go good with this. Any suggestions?.

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you help..

When I would cheat more on NS, I used to be so bad but not anymore, I would do the same. I would usually saute up some onions and garlic and then add some mushrooms, I used canned you can use either, cooked those and then added some frozen green beans(or any veggie you want but I like frozen green beans) I microwaved the green beans first so theyre hot when I add them to to pan. Crumble or cut up the rehydrated burger. And then you can add a little cheese to make it creamier, but to keep the cal's down I would just leave as is. It's really good actually..

Or if I didnt cheat that day I would do the same, except add just a LITTLE bit, (maybe 20-30 cals worth) of the healthy, lower fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup (condensed) AND the carb serving worth of barilla plus pasta. It makes it yummy and creamy. and it's alot of food...

Ok, so you probably ate already, but try wrapping the burger up in larger lettuce leaves...the crunchy leaves are a good sub!..

Cut up the beef patty, saute it with onion, tomatoes and any veggies you like, fill a bell pepper and bake it, maybe with a bit of lf kraft parmesan and Mrs. Dash sprinkled on top.....

Or grill it, cut it up, and serve it as 'protein' on top of a large salad....

OH YEA skinny jeans reminded me of my other fave thing to do with it! lol too many. I do pretty much what she does but I take 1 or 2(or 3 sometimes lol) medium/small whole zuchini cut them lengthwise and scrape them out, then they're long boats. and saute up the insides of the zuchini, some mushrooms, onion, garlic, and the crumbled up burger patty(rehydrated). fill the "boats" with the filling(there's so much filling I usually have to put the halves side by side and just pile them high with the filling cuz theres so much) omg! sooo good, and I put a bit of ff cheese on top and pop them in the toaster oven to brown(i actually precook the hollowed out zuchini "boats" so they aren't so crunchy, in the microwave or toaster oven).

Counts for entree (w/o carb) and 2 or 3 veggies servings, free food of cheese if you want..

I think ill have this tonight w/ some garlic toast made from the sara lee 45 cal bread. mmmm drooling lol..

Of course, this is way too late for your dinner last night, but another suggestion is to use Shirataki Noodles (.


), which are only 20 calories per serving, and make spaghetti with meat sauce. I buy the noodles at Ralphs (Krogers), but I know they are available at many stores. Make them however you like (I usually nuke them), rehydrate the burger, crumble it up and top with tomato sauce with seasonings and a little parmesan. Very little carb, high protein!!..
