The domain is not an expired one and I spoke to yahoo.... reaching a supervisor telling me to send an email so that they can 'investigate'..
Godaddy is for amatuers. Use enom (or a reseller like namecheap) if you want to be cheap or Moniker if you want security. Godaddy has serious policy problems...
Was the domain ever listed in your portfolio? Like after regging it did you double check it to make sure it showed up? I know I've heard other people with this problem, because the registrar they used didn't register the domain right away or the registration just completely failed on their part. This might be the case, you might have paid for it and thought you owned the domain, but they may have never actually registered it for you...
I bought from Yahoo in January, as a Private registration domain. Unlocked the domain in February but never moved it.
A friend lawyer has emailed Yahoo to report this domain abuse... over a week now waiting for an answer from Yahoo legal dep...
