I'm 51 yr.'s.

Height 5"2.

Large bone.

Weight 153.

Bust. 36.

Waist. 34 (on a good day).

Hips. 38.

Have you ever heard of anyone being 5"2 and large boned and the belly drives me nuts!! I would like to see how other people stats look if you don't mind...

I remember when I was 18 and at one of my lowest weights (about 130 lbs, give or take a few), I had measurements taken for a band uniform in high school. I'm 5'2" and no joke, my measurements were 43-32-38. The seamstresses must have had a field day.

So no, it's not unheard of. I remember losing a little more weight after that point and people were getting concerned about my health because I was starting to look too thin, even though I was at the upper range of what's considered a normal BMI at the time...

Yea I'm getting that from people now! But the belly is there! I hope this last 13 pounds get rid of some of it! 140 will still be high on the charts. I'm not a fan of skinny, I'm sitting on bone now, MEK jeans from the buckle help with no butt and my 30's r getting to big ... But there's that freakin muffin top !..

I'm 2 pounds below my goal weight and I still have a bit of a belly. I don't know if I can ever get rid of it. At this point, I'm not too concerned about it. It's not anything I can't hide under clothing and I still look good in a cute tankini that has a skirted bottom. I have a lot of loose skin that adds to the pooch look, but that is starting to firm up already after 2 months at the same weight. The vets say to give it at least a year to firm up and I can believe it based on what I see happening to me and I'm older than you are. You can't fight genetics but you sure can minimize it and hide it...

MT_Cup my coach says your like a balloon that has been blown up, when you let the air out it still looks stretched out and wrinkled. Come back in a few days and it looks like it did before you blew it up. She told me to give it at least a year at goal weight before I decide I hate my body...

Well, here is something to compare to. I'm 5'4" and small boned (wrist 5 3/4"). In my 20's at 115 lbs. I was 34/23/36, now at 48 and 145 lbs. I'm 36/29/39..

I know this is a bit off-topic, but I was noticing my belly the other day and I grabbed a big handful and realized that my fat is all under my skin. I'm so happy, because sub-cutaneous fat is "healthier" than the fat that is deposited around our organs. Since I can "see" a ton of fat under my skin, I'm hopeful that I can reduce it!!..
