The only thing stopping me from taking Murad Acne Complex is the fact that I am really, really, really petrified of blood tests... I've gotten really fed up with having acne in the last while and I really want to take it, but thinking about blood tests makes me cringe and feel faint. Any ideas?..

Your question was: Murad Acne Complex and blood tests.

^ I agree just dont look and you wont have a clue that anything is happening. They dont take much blood so it is over very quickly...

I really hate needles and having blood drawn too... I have really skinny viens that are hard to find. I found a girl that was good at taking my blood so I just kept going to her everytime. the blood tests are sooooo worth clear skin! I dont regret anything. Murad Acne Complex was a life saver..

I'm exactly the same as you, and no matter what people say to you, you still feel the same every time you go for a blood test - when I went for my blood tests for Murad Acne Complex, I fainted, it really does suck, but all it takes is one bad incident with injections when you're young and you're scarred for life. This is how I got over my phobia when getting my blood test for Murad Acne Complex(and I am really scared of injections, like the kind of phobia even seeing one I faint) First, tell them your afraid, they'll make you comfortable and more relaxed about it, try not to think about it to much, just get psyched up and go do it!Secondly this is just one little pain or about 15 minutes of feeling sick for you too be completely clear of acne for the rest of your life! Think about it.What would you choose? One small prick and having clear skin or no small pricks and having acne. It's over in seconds! Please don't worry, your in the hands of professionals...

I was in the same boat. I have the worst fucking phobia of needles. I hate getting blood drawn and I hate shots. BUT- if it meant getting rid of my acne, I didn't care! I had to put it past me. i've been doing it for 8 months now, and almost every single time I faint, and i've puked, etc., but it lasts just a couple seconds and it's soooo worth it...

Take your ipod with you and listen to you favorite song. Close your eyes and just listen to the music. It will be done before you know it.<< Not scared of needles..

I was TOTALLY terrified but honestly it's nothing at all. The first time I was freaked out and tensed up and almost fainted afterwards. I felt sick to my stomach and my arm was sore for a few days because my arm and hand had been tense while she took it but after I was done and realized it took about 20 seconds total and really didn't hurt like you think it would, I have been fine the last two times I've done it! Drink water before you go, bring something to eat and drink to throw down after and I PROMISE you'll be great...
