That's an awesome tip. I'm also thinking of trying this with the cupcakes made with oatmeal. Anything to get them to fluff up would be helpful...
What cake recipe did you use? I have yet to have a cake fall, so I am interested... but I also just the cake recipe with egg.....

I use one egg white, 2 tbs of water, and 1/2 tsp of baking powder. They always rise nicely when they are baking, but a few minutes after they come out of the oven, they fall. I've seen other people say the same thing. But here's the thing, it's not just about the falling. Mine have always had a very strange texture, which I attributed to it being a shake. But after this new method of mixing, they were much better! So I'm a happy camper!..

I only make shake cakes. I love the hot drinks as is!..

When I use the Antioxidant Shake Mix, the cake never falls. When I use any other shake mix, they always fall..
