You guys rock, you know that? Since I'd been lurking and reading everything for a month before I started, I knew to cook the scrambled eggs in an actual pan, not the microwave..

Whisked them up and let them sit for 15 mins or so. Grabbed a leaf or two of parsley, dill and rosemary from my garden and chopped those up fine. Sprayed pan with Pam and cooked them up with the herbs and a tiny pinch of salt and pepper. Amazingly good, considering they came out of a packet.

Yes you CAN!!! The eggs are so much like regular scrambled eggs to me anyway, but the way you made them sounds delish!..

Comment #1 the eggs! Lucky you for having fresh herbs to spice them up! I use a pinch of Italian herb seasoning in mine, but I bet it is nothing compared to your fresh ones...

I'm glad ya'll liked the eggs...I tried but just couldn't like them. I would not like them in a house, I would not like them with a mouse, I would not like them in the rain, I would not like them on a train, I would not like them here or there, I would not like them anywhere...

Lol do I have to use food dye as a condiment? I really want green eggs now...

I tried something different with my eggs yesterday. I knew I was going to have fish for my lean and green in the evening so I knew I needed 2 healthy fats at some point during the day. I cooked my eggs and added one light laughing cow wedge ( chipolte queso) to the eggs and I thought I was in heaven! I like them plain, never have a problem with them but this was such a nice treat...

Wonder if they would count as a green then??They're nearly as yucky as asparagus..
