I don't know of one on the site but I use either my gowearfit (or boddybugg as it's now called I think) or I set the alarm on my iphone to set off every couple of hours.....
Setting the alarm on your phone works really well. That is what I did until I got the hang of things...
Oooh, that would be a cool feature on a Medifast App. for cell phones. I really want an app. It could have a reminder, a food log, water log, exercise log. oh and a weight log. How convienent would that be! And it could sync up the website here..
Type iphone app into the search this forum box on this forum and you'll get some ideas I think..
I set up reminders on my Outlook. Now my computer tells me when it's time to eat...
I WANT A Medifast APP TOOOOO!!! PLEASE CREATE ONE! IT WOULD BE AWESOME!.
**knocking on the computer screen**.... is there anyone out there listening???..
For those who prefer something light and portable.
I have a "low tech" version to remind me how many meals I've eaten..
It requires a bit of time to put together but it's worth the effort..
1. Three colors of small beads (I used 3mm austrian crystals).
2. beading string, wire, or stretch elastic..
3. lobster claws.
4. jump rings.
5. small charm of your choice.
One color bead represents beginning and end. of each day. Represented by letter "A"..
One color represents meals eaten. Represented by letter "B"..
The third color is a filler. Represented by letter "C"..
Stringing pattern c goes as long as you need in either direction to fit wrist..
Fasten ends with jump rings on both sides, a lobster claw to close on one side..
Assemble the charm "marker" with a lobster claw, jump ring and your charm..
At the beginning of the day the charm hangs at the first "A". As you eat each meal, move it to the next "B" - when you reach the double "A's" you've had all your meals for the day..
Most people just think it's jewelry. The fact that it's on the wrist is a constant reminder to check if it's time for a meal...
I've seen similar bracelets on other programs! What a super idea! I've been wanting some kind of visual reminder to stay OP. Thanks!!..
I'd love to see a picture of your bracelet. What a great idea!..
The bracelet is a lovely idea!.
I'm with De, I have my Outlook calendar synched to my phone, so that can be helpful. I turned it off after a while. I kept forgetting to turn it to vibrate and not have the full volume sound on in a few meetings lol...
That's a great idea! I would love to see the bracelet, too - I am having trouble visualizing it ...
