If I can do can do it. Yesterday I started week 4 and have been very pleased with the program. After 3 weeks, down 10 lbs. For me personally, hunger has not been a problem. Seem to be hungry when I am past my 3 hours...

You can do it! Don't rely on willpower, if we all had that then we wouldn't be here! LOL! Keep your health in mind and knowing that you are working toward a healthier, happier you! Remember that this is a lifetime journey and that once you have the tools to eat healthy the weight will stay off! YAY! And I always keep the thought of some really AMAZING jeans in the back of my head when I reach goal...

Welcome to the board and Medifast I am day 13 so I can tell you those first few days are hard but like everyone promised me just stick with it and after the 3rd and 4th day it does get easier !! You feel better and stronger. So far I am doing great and love this plan ! Its working for me ! I was a carbaholic ! If I can go all day without any kind of grains, cereal, bread, pasta or potatoes anybody can !! Just know that the support is always at your fingertips 24/7 !! Go for it and learn to expect MORE from yourself you are so worth it and we would have NO problem doing it for our loved ones so do it for yourself !!..

You can do it. Hang in there the first few days are the roughest after that it becomes a breeze. Stay in the Medifast community there is alot of support and info here...

Yep, you can do this. It was hard the first few days - but week after week I've had good results and that just keeps me going. I'm a big carb addict, had dessert after lunch and dinner - but I can serve dessert and watch other's eat it without having any. I'm not saying I wouldn't want it - I just know the science of the diet won't allow for it. You cheat and you will be out of fat burn - something you are working so hard to get into right now. Keep coming to these boards for support, to share, to brag, for good recipes and ideas on how to prepare your food..

For most people the first week is the hardest. Once you complete that first week successfully, you will be amazed at how easy it will become to stick with it!.

I am now on week 5 and I still can't believe it! Everyday, the plan becomes more natural to me, which makes it effortless to stay OP!.

Jusu give it your all and you will be so proud of your results!.
