I think they're good to use in a greens garden salad as croutons!..

Croutons is a BRILLIANT idea. I hate veggies so I eat lettuce for my green every single day. Its getting old and BORING. I can't wait to try that!..

They are good. I ate the nacho ones for a while now I am stuck on the parm puffs. we are lucky that the diet food is tasty!..

I save these for times when I need ultra-convenient portable meals. And if I'm going "undercover" I dump them in a sandwich baggie so nobody has to know they are diet food. :P..

They are also yummy with soups as a cracker substitute..

I absolutely love the chili nacho cheese puffs, but haven't yet tried the parm. version....I think I'll add them to my next order! I also love the two other uses mentioned - croutons and "crackers." Thanks, folks..

I love, love, love the parm puffs. They're my current favorite meal (one that I'm currently OUT OF, sob). I'm anxiously awaiting my shipment for their yummy goodness!..

Love the puffs and nice that there is a nice amount in each bag. I dont feel hungry after having one of those...

Nacho puffs are great in a 'taco salad" to replace the nacho chipsI actually like them better than the old nacho chips with no nutritional value! lettuce, tomato, measured salsa and lean meat of your choice : )..

I love them too! So bummed that I only ordered one box!..

My 3 yo granddaughter loves them. I have to sneak to eat them when she is over. I love her, but not enough to share the puffs...

How exciting!! I just ordered both kinds to try with my next shipment!!!..

I will be trying these next order too! The taco salad sounds wonderful!..

The puffs are my new favorite since they killed my beloved HM pretzel sticks Just ordered 4 boxes...

I hear you, Della. My grandkids live next door to me and they just LOVE grandma's brownies and puffs. They'll eat my whole stockpile if I let them..

I also take them to the movies. I make believe they are Cheetos LOL!..

Any one else love the Parm Puff duds? The ones that did not quite fill out to regular size, are much more dense and have much more parm on them??? I always look for the duds first in my parm puff bag!!..

They are great on chili as well. Either flavor. Add a cinnamon roll bar and it is like grade school chili day..... I just hope they don't "improve" the puffs!..

Someone posted this picture on another thread and it makes me giggle:.

From PetsMart..

Wow Cody-Jo, they look the same I wonder if they taste............... Anyway I like the Parm Puffs as my last meal at night with a cup of herbal tea. I pour them into a small bowl and munch on them while sipping on my tea. Delightful!..

Pretty close except the vitamins! I love the puffs too - even though it is likely they are rabbit food.

I found that of all the "meals" they offer, the cheese puffs seem to fill me up the most. I feel like I'm getting the most bang for my buck with them. I fav lunch for me is combining a bag of cheese puffs with a bag of soy crisps and a sugar free (no carbs or calories) jello. Add a bottle of cold water with an anti-oxidant flavor infuser, and I'm a happy camper for the next three hours...

Me too woodshop. they fill me up the most too!!!..

I have what I hope isn't a dumb question. I see people talking about using the puffs as croutons or cracker in the soup, etc. Isn't that eating 2 Medifast meals at the same time? Is that permissible? I mean I know that the puff **** isn't going to come around, but I didn't know that you could combine..

Yummmmmm cheese puffs ((drools)), I think I'll go to Pet Smart and see if they are cheaper. If so maybe buy a case..

Glenn, you are not really supposed to eat 2 meals at the same time. Some people might go halfsies. 1/2 chili and 1/2 bag of puffs..

Now I am wishing I had both on hand. They sound really, really good right now. Alas, I do not..

ETA: CodyJo, I was laughing while comparing the ingredients! So close! Yay for rabbot food!..

Love, love, love them as well. Definitely a "must" for the movies...

I dip the nacho ones in salsa sometimes and act like I am eating chips and salsa. yummy..

It is okay to double up on meals if you have to - it is that important to get your 5 in a day...

The cheese puffs get me over my desire for chips - - that is good..

It is suggested by Nutrisystem though that this not be done on a regular basis, since part of the program is learning to eat frequent small meals and spacing those meals. I have had to double up myself on occasion to get the meals in. I just tried not to do it very often...
