First off, Losing too much weight on a vegan Dukan Diet - what should I do? Many thanks for any answer. My 2nd question... Hi, Everyone!.

I started Dukan Diet about almost 2 weeks ago. I just purchased a brand new blender so I can mix it up (get it?) and add some variety..

Does anyone have any good blender recipes for good shakes or smoothies?.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

I have a smoothie every night after my walk. Cools me down and very filling..

1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana if I have save another fruit serving.

From breakfast, 1 cup ff milk, 1 1/2 c ice cubes and Walden Farms.

Calorie free chocolate syrup. Makes a HUGE glass! 1 dairy and 1 or 2 fruit...

I made a nice smoothie once out of Dukan Diet Hot Cocoa mix, crushed ice, banana, and 1 cup of water..

OMG I just bought the Magic Bullet blender is great!.

My smoothie favorite so far is...milk, ice, SF choc syrup, 1/2 banana, and 1 tbsp peanut butter (fat serving). sooo good..

I've also used it for tuna salad with FF ranch instead of mayo, the pancakes this morning (they were very fluffy) and other things that I ummm shouldn't have ate/drank today...ok I confess...I had a margaritta this afternoon!..

You meant 1 tsp, right? Don't want to confuse anyone!.

And I dearly love my Magic Bullet and LOVE this smoothie for sure!!!..

Also check ChristinaGray2003. She has some high protein milk shake recipes that are good..
