First of all Looking for Nutrisystem dessert recipes? Hoping for any comment. Another question on my mind: Ok, so today at work a customer brought in pizzas for everyone. I was in the kitchen when they arrived and could not resist the smell. Unfortunately I ate two slices of meat lovers. I am so disappointed in myself right now because I have been sticking to the plan religiously...

OK, what's done is done. Now you have to move on! Drink lots of water to get that sodium out of your system and if it were me, I would eat lightly tonight. Don't think you just need to eat whatever you want because you blew it earlier in the day. And, most of all, use this to figure out a plan for what you will do the next time this happensknow your escape route before you need it!..

Very good advice and I might add, you are not alone, we are all in this journey together and we all have and will face the same issues..

Some can walk away and others don't. We must forgive ourselves and jump right back on plan and don't let it destroy the good attitude and good work you have going for you. You are human, and so are we..

NS is still on your side, drink , drink, drink, flush, flush..

Best wishes for a stronger will next time. Forgiven..

Pizza is hard to pass up for sure. I live in NY and we have fantastic pizza here. I haven't ordered for the kids since I startedNutrisystemfor obvious reasons!.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on...

Don't knock yourself up for it! What's important is that you are on track 99% of the time.

For instance my birthday's coming up and i'll like to see anyone try to stop me from having my steak dinner and birthday cake! LOL The whole reason we "diet" is to enjoy special moments. We have to enjoy the little things in life once in a while! Be happy you had a moderate meal. (I could easily eat 4 without blinking)...

Agree, put it behind you and move on..

Ritual eating is the hardest. At work many of our meeting that happen noon to 1 come with food. Very difficult. A large meeting that happens once a month on Friday comes with two choices, fruit or cookies. I look at the cookie and actually just have my afternoon snack. The Friday morning company meeting has breakfast attached.

In the weekly makeover they talk about hunger, physical and mental, about week 2. I think they need to make that one week one, right out of the gate..

I too have a birthday later this week ( my sisters) I know the restaurant we are going to and I am going to enjoy myself. I am hankering for a good grilled fish..

And a glass of wine.

And the next morning I will proceed on and enjoy the memory.

The real issue is that this is a not AN EVERYDAY HABIT. Everyone deserves an occasional event, it is the day to day ritual that harms..

My co-worker keeps a candy bucket right behind my chair at work, like a devil on my shoulder. I have not touched it all month!( except to add a bag of gummy jellies I found at Trader Joes the other day)..

Hi everyone! I agree that we shouldn't beat ourselves up for decisions that we make to eat something we didn't plan to, but just be really careful about planning to let loose at celebrations. It is soooo easy to get back into old habits. Voice of experience here...LOL! If we can learn to celebrate while still staying close to ourNutrisystemprogram while we're losing weight, we're just ahead of the game...and less likely to be in the huge percentage of those who give up on their plan and/or gain back the weight they lost..

And an early Happy Birthday wish to Skylermama and Hoopoe!!..

I feel your pain, but there is some good advice here. I also do some extra excercise to ease my guilt. Since I hate excercise I feel like it's a good offset ; ).

These things are going to be put in our path. We need to try and make the best decision we can at the time and move forward afterwards. The thing I tell myself is that it's only for a short while that I have to be good ALL the time in order to loose. After that it is about balance and maintaining (and not going back to my old habits)...

It is all about willpower, intention and wanting to change permanently. Without those three elements, we don't have a chance to succeed. And exercise is required for optimal health!.
