First question I have is Looking for archived articles about pro image Dukan Diet pills? Many thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... For my first offical Dukan Diet meal I choose a Mushroom Risotto then I baked it in a red pepper. I topped it with a tabelspoon of FF motzerella. It was amazing. I used the pepper for the vegy and still had a salad, no dressing.

For dessert I am trying the advise of the pretzels covered in a melted chocolate crisp bar.....I sererated it to make two dessert, one for tonight~one tomorrow. The chocolate is a little bitter and the pretzels kind of blane so this sounded good to me..

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

I just added some of these mushroom risotto dinners to my next autoship after everyone has been raving about it. Sounds so stuffed in a pepper. !..

I think the mushroom risotto is one those dinners that some absolutely love and others, like me, absolutley, cannot stomach.

But, definitly try it for yourself!!..

When I have an extra protein from earlier inthe day I add a piece of MS sausage crumbled into the risotto and then stuff it into either a pepper or a portobello mushroom. One of my favorites and it is very filling!..

Risotto has been a fav for over a year...then had it a few nights ago & found some hard/chewy mushrooms - disgusting - I will try again tho - did get a red pepper today & will try it in that. have had the Cajun Chicken in green pepper...some of the others would also go good I think...

I am a risotto fan, so I am looking forward to trying this tonight!.

Why I didn't realize that I could 'save' food form one meal to the next is beyond me..

Last night I dumped Cajun Chicken into red pepper halves - put thin slice tomato on top of each - little water in the glass dish - threw in handful al dente green beans...covered with saran & vented...nuked 5 mins at high - turned out great - I like peppers fairly firm - no need to start oven. I see where this can be done with risotto or most any rice meal. Sprinkled with tspn red. fat parmesan when served..

I'm going to try the mushroom risotto in the green pepper with turkey sausage. I have a few boxes of the risotto and it tastes like kindergarten paste to me, so hopefully this will help give it a better texture.....

When you cook the peppers with something stuffed in them, how long and at what temp do you bake it? Thanks..

I put the risotto in the red pepper halves and covered it with saran wrap. then I put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes, checked it, 1 minute more, checked it... keep going or adjust based on how firm or soft you like the pepper...

I just made this recipe. I put in the oven at 325 for 10 minutes then increased to 350 degrees for 10 more minutes! Delicious! It is a lot of food actually, really filling. I will try 350 degrees for 10 minutes. I wasn't sure what temp to use...

I'm not a fan of stuffed peppers but decided to try this and had to use green as my red one had gone bad. Was given some vegetarian Dukan Diet food and so was my 1st time to have this and I will eat this again in green peppers...

I didn't have any peppers but really wanted to try the risotto tonight. I "fried" a Boca cheeseburger (saved protein from earlier in the day), cut that up & added it to the risotto with some jerk seasoning. It was so delicious! Now I'm sorry I only ordered 1 of those to try it out but I sure will get more next time...

This sounds really good - I can't wait to try it!!.

The last time I was on Dukan Diet I grilled a portobello mushroom (sprayed w/ Butter Crisco Spray) and topped it off with heated up Mushroom Risotto sprinkled with a slight pinch of nutmeg and a couple sprinkles of cayenne pepper..

If you add just a little low sodium chicken broth to the risotto it makes it less pasty-tasting and give it a good rustic background flavor. It remains one of my favorites...
