Yup, but you might wanna make sure and wait for another person to confirm it as I am unsure of myself. Better yet, why don't you contact the Dukan Diet guys because they can answer your Dukan Diet question better...
It's great just to dip a banana in the powder. You use very little and it tastes great. They're also good in shakes or smoothies. 4T mixed With water=1protein+1 fat (1 1/2t.=1ff).
I add it to Dukan Diet Reddi Whip to flavor it, cut the brownie in half and make an ice cream sandwich..
I use it for a veggie dip, or add for a sauces in a stir fry (Thai style) + add a few peanuts..
I slice a banana, melt my chocolate bar on top and then add the PB2 (already made up) and smear it on top, then some Dukan Diet Reddi Whip....Heaven! You'll find all kinds of things to use it for.... Put on pancakes, perhaps?..
I add 1 tsp to plain 0% greek yogurt (also add 1 Splenda) to make yummy peanut butter yogurt...
That's a great idea, Amy. Thank you for sharing!..
Mimi_39 posted this one right after I started buying PB2. It makes a nice change..

When you do the search, go to "advanced search" under search. I typed in bell plantation and then scroll down and highlighted the RECIPE FORUM. It came up with quite a few posts and recipes..
Peanut Butter Pie (Single serving).
2 tsp graham cracker crumbs.
1 SF Vanilla pudding cup (45 cals).
2 tbsp PB2.
1/4 tsp dry Knox gelatin.
1 tsp Davinchi Vanilla or peanut butter flavor syrup (OR you can use ff milk).
2 tbsp ff Cool whip.
Use a 7oz small corelle baking dish or ramikin. You can use a larger one, but you will have a thinner pie. Spray it good with butter spray. Add in the graham cracker crumbs and shake around to coat the bottom and sides of the dish. In a small bowl mix together the pudding cup and the PB2. In a very small bowl put the Davinchi syrup or milk and heat in the microwave until very hot or boiling gently.
Add to the pudding mixture and stir well. Stir in the cool whip. Pour into the dish and chill until set or overnight. Serves 1..
124 cals and 5g protein.
NOTE: This is a little low on the protein, but it's also low calorie. If having this as a dessert you could have it with half a glass of milk to boost it up a bit..
Use chocolate pudding for a chocolate peanut butter pie!.
Use peanut butter as your fat serving and stir it in to the pie!.
Don't want to mess with the gelatin?? If you don't care about it setting up, then leave out the gelatin step and just stir together the pudding, PB2 and the cool whip and pour it into the cracker lined dish and eat it as is! It tastes just as yummy, just not as firm!.
Another Note: I made a chocolate version and I don't like it as much. You don't get as much of the peanut butter flavor. On another note make sure you look at your pudding!!! I used a Handy Snacks SF version for the vanilla and it's only 45 cals a cup. I grabbed a sf chocolate one and it's 70!!! They are not all the same, so make sure you check those labels!!!..
