My first question is Is there a diet out there like Nutrisystem but cheaper? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another quick question... I notice that some of the tickers reflect a monthly weight, some a weekly weight, and some of the folks on here report a daily weight. How often do you weigh. Last time around I weighed daily (in the beginning) and then when things leveled out I started weighing weekly. Maybe going to the weekly weighins made me feel less accountable?..

The answer is Yes, but you might wanna make sure and wait for another member here to confirm it as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you email the Nutrisystem guys because they can answer you better...

I weigh and report only two times an week, Monday and Thursday, I don't think I could handle daily weighins with those constant fluctuations...

I weigh daily but only count Wednesdays as my official weigh in and whether or not I am down...

I weigh myself daily ... wake up. pee. weigh. eat. coffee.

Daily, with weekly "official" number added to ticker on Thursdays. Always MNW (Morning Naked Weight)..

When ever I feel like it really. As for reporting my weight I usually shoot for every 7 days...

First I will say that the ticker changes dependent on how many entries there are. Just because you see a weekly, monthly notch does not mean we do not weigh more often..

I weigh daily. Pee, shower, weigh, eat, hi ho hi ho it is off to work I go!.

Daily weigh-ins keep you accountable to the day before. (if you can handle the truth!)..

I have been a daily "weigher" since the beginning of June. You can see in my ticker that the line is much more bumpy now. In the beginning of July I got off plan for a couple of days and there was a slight uptick. I figure it's my weight, I own it, I want to know what is going on..

Daily weighing works for me. I'm less likely to cheat because I'm going to step on that scale every morning...

Once a week.... every Tuesday morning... in all of my nakedness!!!! Otherwise I take a pound off for underwear, another pound for socks..... no cheating when your in your birthday suit!!!!..

Daily here, but only report on Monday's. I started on a Monday, so thats what I sort of stick to as my weekly reports and losses. And of course always after pee and/or bm...I had to join the group of t.m.i. guys and share my bodily functions too, lol!..

On the good advice of many on these boards, I weigh daily to keep accountable. Also, I'm always wanting to know how much progress I'm making. I put the daily weight in on the NutriSystem site and use my Saturday weigh-in as the "official" weight I put on my w8book ticker...
