First of all Is Nutrisystem as good as they say it is? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another question... I am a 6 foot tall female who weighs 180lbs. I lost 40lbs using nutrisystem, but am unable to lose any more. I keep to plan and exercise, still nothing for months..

According to all the charts and calculators I am at a healthy weight for my height. Yet, I still am fat in my mid section and have been unable to do anything about it. Nothing works. Counting calories and exercise gets me nowhere. Nutrisystem isn't working..

Help..

Yep, but... you might wanna make sure and wait for another member to confirm it as I am unsure of myself. Better yet, why don't you email the Nutrisystem guys because they can give you help better...

Yes, I can say nutrisystem isn't working because it stopped working when I hit 180lbs. So for several months now, nutrisystem has not been working..

I have been writing everything down and have not gotten lax. I would not pay for a program and then not follow it..

Yes, I talked to a counsellor and am told to keep going I am doing great. But, no weight loss in a few months is not doing great..

Thanks for the congratulations. I am not giving up, but am at a loss as to what to do. My body has decided it likes it here..

I did not begin to gain weight until a few years ago. Before then I was 150lbs. I know how I look and feel at that weight and that is where I want to be..

I am post menopausal and will be 50 years old in a few months. After reading some of the threads on here, I think that may be the issue...

Have you tried increasing the intensity of your exercise? Sometimes, that will jump start the weight loss again. What is your exercise routine?..

I do an elliptical 30 minutes a day. This is at least every other day sometimes more. I also do a Wii Biggest Loser workout 3 times a week and weights 3 times a week. All this is at home as we have a workout room. My husband keeps me honest. I alternate these days out so I do not have a set routine.



I see toning going on in my legs and arms and glutes. But, I still have quite the pot belly. That is basically where all my excess weight is. I do core exercises, crunches etc. But, I know that you can not spot lose..

I am very motivated and and very frustrated. I won't give up. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it could possibly be hormonal...

Try adding more cardio (45 minutes per day) and see if that works. Sometimes, it just needs to be cranked up to get the loss going again!..

You also might try to increase your protein. Don't add a serving, but select high protein choices like water packed tuna, turkey breast or protein powder. With all the exercise you are doing, you body may need a little boost in that area...
