Of course! however you might want to make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm my answer as I am not sure. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Nutrisystem guys because they can assist you better...
Thanks Pam, close enough...I don't remember the soy chips but the rest sounds right...I seem to remember Bisquick Heart Healthy pancake mix as part of it...I could be wrong. But I appreciate the effort..
I dip my onion slices in eggbeaters & then Heart Smart Bisquick. Spray w/ a little PAM, sprinkle w/ whatever seasoning you like and bake @ 350 - 400 for approx 15 mins (turn halfway through baking - this time is an estimate - I usually just eyeball it)..
Hope this helps,.
Cathy hun - I just sent you a private message - check your inbox!!..
Thanks Lynn, this is the one I was looking for..
Glad I could help - I think this was posted on the old boards by Jeannie who tried to respond above..
Thanks so much for posting this!! It's another of what I call a "duh" recipe. I never thought of trying to do that!! I used a real egg since I had an extra dairy and you really use so little of it I found it hard to figure out how to log it..
And I had Trader Joe's Multigrain Baking & Pancake Mix in my house so I used that to coat the rings. It came out pretty good but I think I used too much Old Bay seasoning. LOL But in place of the real thing they were good so I just wanted to say.....THANKS!!.
What do these onion rings count as, as far as the meal plan goes?.
