Got a question, hope someone can answer... Is drinking too much Dukan Diet pop bad for you? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question... I don't know if this recipe's been out here already but I'm making it for lunch/supper/snack (optional, using Natcho Crisps to dip with maybe if the taco's run out) today..

It containes, 1 Lunch, 1 Supper, 1 Fat, 1-2 dairy (depending on your preference) 2 Free foods (1/meal) and one -two veggie servings. (I plan to layer in order listed, but may tweak it later).

1.1 Container Dukan Diet Bean/tortillia soup prepared thick (let it sit a bit longer it will thicken).

2. 2 TBS Salsa (1 Free food).

3.1 Cup lettuce shredded.

4. 1 Dukan Diet Taco meat prepared.

5. 2 TBS FF sour cream (1 Free food - but by spliting the meal into 2 it works out to one Free food/meal).

6. As much of a medium tomato as will fit and some green onion for color.

7. 1-2 OZ shredded low fat or FF cheese (which I haven't found yet so I use the low fat kind).

Edit to add - 5 large olives (Fat).

Dip the taco's from the Dukan Diet taco kit and the Natcho Crisps (if using) , serve with a slad or extr veggies....

Anyways, if this recipies already out there I apologize. I'll let you know how it works out!!..

Of course! however you might want to make sure and wait for another person here to confirm this as I am not sure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the Dukan Diet guys because they can assist you better...

Yes exactly like that Kristibean! You split it up and if you use the Natcho's (which I actually found they didn't go very well with it) it is Lunch/dinner and snack, I added more lettuce for my lunch to make up the difference in the veggies. Here's a picture before I split it up, it turned out pretty good, tasted alot like other 7 layer dips I've had..

Also, if you use fat free shredded cheese, (and skip the olives) you could add 2 Tbsp of guacamole for your fat.

I'll definitely be trying this! Although I'll definitely have to take some Bean-o after lunch and dinner that day!!..

If you wanted to do it without the meat (most of the 7 layer dips I've had don't use meat in them), you could make it just with the black beans & rice (or bb tortilla soup) and count it as a full lunch + fat + snack..

I think this is what I would do next time, I only added the meat so I could eat the taco's that came with it.

I think I may have to try it with the BB and rice, since I got 8 of them in my first order and I'm not a fan...this'll make them good I bet - oh I remember last year I got this really crispy lettuce somewhere, it was great for dipping, I'm going to look for it again! That would be better b/c it's alot of spicy beany stuff for one day - I love the guac. idea too, never thought of that!!..

I think I will make it for lunch and just eat it with a spoon. Sounds good...

I bet it would also be good if you skipped the shredded lettuce and made "wraps" using Romaine lettuce leaves...

I love Kristibeans comment about the beano! LOL, totally true though...
