Got a question... Is anyone able to get a free e-source code from Nutrisystem? Many thanks for any comment. My 2nd question... So right now I am doing 100% Nutrisystem plan. One thing I plan on doing is exercise..

I love love love riding my bike that I got a few months back. Is it a bad thing to just hop on the bike say 5 or 6 days a week?.

Or do I need to break it up and ride it every other day..

Also once I start working on the bike - Do I need to change up the Nutrisystem plan at all? Or do I just stick with 100% with no deviations..


I should add that I plan on really stepping it up because I have a bet with a few people. In 2010 I have to weigh 50 lbs less on Jan 01, 2011 than I did on Jan 01, 2010..

On Jan 01,2010 I weighed in officially at 377. Doing my high school math I need to get down to 327. Right now I weigh 345. So it's going to come down to the wire here. If I don't make it - I will be paying $500 to one of the people chosen at random. If I win - they all pay $1 a lbs lost to Texas Children's Medical.

Right now my incentive is I am 35 and I want to see 65. I want to improve my quality of life and be there for my wife. Course some cash to Texas Children's Medical and a motorcycle if I hit 250 would be nice. Hey I can't lie!..

Yep, but you might wanna make sure and wait for another person to confirm this as I am not confident. Better yet, why don't you call the Nutrisystem guys because they can assist you better...

Yeah, I agree with Sean. I started out riding a bike and did it with no deviations. When I started lifting, Nutrisystem counselors told me not to add protein until I was sub 200 (I started at 292). The only time your really need a recovery day in between is if you're lifting, so ride that the he11 out that bike!..

I will listen to the losers here. Obviously you guys know whats up. I will bike ride as often as I can. I want to lose this stupid gut. Its been dragging me down for years...

Yeah when I got the bike I got the most comfortable seat I could. But that one looks nice. My current seat cost me like $60. I might replace it with a $20 one. lol..
