First off, I'm trying to stick with this Dukan Diet plan any advice is surely needed!? Hoping for any answer. Another question... Can anyone give me some recipe ideas for the lunch black bean meals? Not a big fan! I've made them thicker and used some Frank's hot sauce, but they're not my favorites and I have several to use up...

I love the black bean tortilla soup. I add the juice of an entire lime (I like it really limey) and a little salt & pepper, maybe some cumin and chili pepper if I want it spicy, and I'm good to go...

I got a black bean lunch as part of my free week, but I can't tolerate anything even the slightest bit spicy - can anyone tell me (scale of 1-10) how spicy that one is? I'd like to be able to add it to the trade pile instead of just waste it if it's not for me...

The black beans and rice are a bit spicy but only a little. The black bean tortilla soup, I do not consider spicy at all. I like a bit spice so I like to add mexican style tomatoes to the soup...

Rebecca... I don't think the BB and Rice is spicy at all. I have to add spice to them..

What I do is make the BBandRice and add a shot of Tabasco and 2 Tbls of FF sour cream (free food) mix that all together and pour it over a salad.. it is kind of a taco salad thing...

I use the black beans as bean dip. I cook them the night before. Then for lunch the next day I put 1/4th cup reduced fat mozarella over them (my protein), microwave 1 minute to heat and dip nacho crisps in them. On a day I am extremely active, I splurge and use BAKED Tostito Scoops...
