First of all Im quietly chubby.. what should I do in Dukan Dieting fast? HELP!!!!? Thanks in advance for any answer. My 2nd question... Okay guys, this won't be a surprising or exciting new recipe for you seasoned Dukan Diet vets, but I'm a newbie and just discovered this today, so I thought I would share in case someone else hadn't yet tried it..

I cut up 1 pear into chunks, put in a microwaveable bowl and sprinkled with Splenda and cinnamon. Nuked it for 1 minutes and 30 seconds until it was really soft..

Then, I poured 1 container nonfat vanilla yogurt (I use Dannon Light and Fit) over the top and added 1 package Dukan Diet Nutrifrosted crunch cereal. You could use any of the cereals you'd like, I'm gonna try the granola next..

OMG, this stuff is wonderful! I'm eating it for breakfast (NS item, dairy, fruit), but it tastes like a rich and filling sinful dessert!.

Have a great day and good luck on your journey!..

That does sound good, and fyi I don't think I've seen it before similar yeah (try with the Dukan Diet granola or chopped up granola bars!!!) but not with pears & Crunch....

Thanks for the reminder - I never think of pears with breakfast cereal (apples & bananas, yep, but not pears..

That sounds amazing. I've been eating yogurt with granola forever, so naturally I put my Dukan Diet granola in my yogurt. I never thought of doing it over warm fruit. That's an amazing idea..

My mom does a thing with pears where she poaches them in skim milk, nothing added, but she caramelizes them a little. They are amazing...

You said the Light & Fit is nonfat? Hmmm, my Dannon Light & Fit is low fat; should still work though! Yum, pears...nice idea!..
