Quick question... Im on a Dukan Diet did I eat to much today ? :(? Looking forward for any answer. Another quick question... I tried this tonight, and immediately became addicted to it..

I put the brownie on a plate, mixed 1 serving of PB2 and spread it on the brownie, then spread 2 tablespoons of Walden Farms Marshmellow Dip on top of that. I took tiny spoonfuls to make it last. Absulutely scrumptious!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you an answer..

Depending on who you ask does it taste decent??? some people like it, but to me the answer is NO, it doesn't, by itself it's pretty awful, has a very phony taste - but as a small bit MIXED with other stuff it's ok (I mix with vanilla pudding & cream cheese for faux cheesecake)....

I don't think it's got the right consistency to make mock rice krispie treats but I forget how the "real" ones are made and if they are a real favorite of yours, I think the result would be quite disappointing.... then again, if you try the WF Marshmallow Dip and find that you do like it - may work....

All depends on whether you like the stuff or not and we're all different in our reactions to the WF no-cal items.....

Graylady is correct about the taste and the consistency. Straight, it doesn't taste quite the same as the real stuff. It has the consistency more like whipped cream than marshmallow. You'd have to eat your krispie treats with a spoon!..

The fudge brownie delux sounds positively sinful! Yum! I have to try that. What's PB2?..

PB2 is a powdered peanut product that when mixed with water becomes a nearly fat-free peanut butter.

Until recently it was only available from the manufacturer Bell Plantantion in packs of a minimum of 4 jars, but.

Has started carrying it ( does also but only in bulk).

For info see.

Graylady I love your suggestion to mix alittle vanilla pudding and cream cheese I am going to try that tonight! Thank you!..

You definitly should try WARMING your brownie in the microwave for about 10 sseconds first. Then add your pb2 and toppings. Try topping your Brownie Sundae with chopped walnuts as your fat, or another nut! This has always been one of my favorite ways to eat the brownie...

Thank you. I'll share the PB2 info with my mother. She is a dessert-making queen and has aparticular weakness for peanut butter, which I inherited. I look forward to seeing what we can do with PB2..

Has anyone tried the chocolate pb2? I love the regular and am ready to place another order and was wondering if the chocolate is worth ordering....

I ordered a jar to give it a try. I'm sorry I didn't order more! I melds the taste of chocolate and peanut butter very well. I have noticed it mixes a little thinner than the regular..

At night, if I still have a fat and some calories available, I'll mix up a portion of the chocolate and dob some marshmallow on it as a treat...

Question: So is the WF Dip and the PB2 counted as free food?..

I had forgotten all about the Walden Farm marshmallow fluff, I'll have to get some. When I was on Dukan Diet before under the Nourish program, they had this whipped sweet potato lunch, and the WF marshmallow fluff mixed up in it tasted wonderful, almost like a dessert..

The thing about Walden Farm products is that people either rave about it, or they think it tastes like chemicals. I think it's just personal taste buds. I have had some WF salad dressings that tasted like lighter fluid, yet other flavors tasted great...

Thanks Jimmy-.

I will definitely order some. I love chocolate and peanut butter!!..

The Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip says it has 0 calories, but it actually has 4 calories per 2 tbsp (I wrote to the company and asked!). PB2 has 53 calories per 2 tbsp (with 2g fat and 6g protein), so 2 tsp (or 1 scant tbsp) can qualify as a free food...

The WF dip has zero everything. I usually save a protein and use 1 1/2 portions (3 Tbsp) as that protein...

Thanks for the heads up. Im going to have to give it a try. and the PB2 as well...
