That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..

Loads of beef patty recipe.
Stuffed Bell Peppers:.
1/2 onion chopped.
1 clove garlic minced.
1 can diced tomatoes (w/juice).
2 T. taco seasoning.
3 T Chopped Cilantro.
When the mixture is heated thru, add 2 rehydrated hamburger patties (crumbled)..
After it's heated thru, add a little FF cheddar cheese..
Fill halves of bell peppers with mixture (I like red/yellow or orange peppers)..
Bake for approx 1 hour or until peppers are tender. Top with a bit more FF cheese and bake until melted..
This made a total of 6 bell pepper halves!.
Don't be afraid to use the hamburger patties as you would for any ground beef dish!..
To start I fix the beef patty with salt free bouillon instead of plain water - really adds to the flavor - last night I just sauted mushrooms & added them..
This is not a major fix, but it made me happy..
Last night, I had the idea of breaking the burger in half, and having two open faced sandwiches, instead of one, closed sandwich. I saved a protein, so had a slice of FF cheese on each half of a toasted English muffin, then put a burger half on each and topped with pickled jalapeno slices and some low carb ketchup. It was really good and felt like I got a bigger dinner...
The hamburger patty makes a great taco... just break it apart, reconstitute and then add some seasonings and then put into a WW tortilla and add lettuce, tomato, onion, FF sour cream and FF cheese or whatever taco toppings you like... yummmmmmmm!!!..
I use teriyaki sauce instead of water. I the sauce to a boil and slowly pour it over the burger (I put the burger and the small tray on a paper plate to catch the excess sauce). I let it sit for 15 minutes, then when I am ready to eat, I microwave it for 2 minutes to soften and heat...
The recipe for the Greek gyro burger is in the recipe club:.
You can make a greek burger easily. Just make the tsziki (sp?) sauce using ff greek yogurt, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, oregano, or dill, whatever you like. Chill it! Use 1/2 protein serving of sauce. Cook the burger, break it up into lg peices and stuff it into a whole wheat pita or wrap. Add some ff feta cheese to equal out the protein serving from the yogurt sauce. Stuff in lettuce and tomatoes and some olives if you have a fat serving left! You can evern add green peppers for your veggie serving. Pour sauce over the whole thing...then have a salad with it! I make this all the time and also with the new grilled chicken patty!..
I usually put light BBQ sauce on the bun with a slice of ff cheddar cheese, if I save a protien I will add some turkey bacon to make a bacon cheddar cheeseburger..
