My first question is I need to go on a good Dukan Diet I want to no what how? Thanks in advance for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Hi all! I just started and am on the Diabetic plan. I get a morning snack of Dairy or Protein Serving and Fruit Serving and an afternoon snack of Dairy or Protein Serving and Fruit Serving. What do you guys like to have for your snacks? I've been having string cheese and fruit and that is going to get old pretty fast..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

I like yogurt too. I also like Sargento low fat cheese sticks. Try 98% fat free ham slices. Remember, you can substitute fruit juice for fruit. Or one can of low sodium V-8..

Cottage cheese can be delishious mixed with fruit (actually, hubby and I have cottage cheese and fruit salad for dinner about twice a month!)..

I Like Turkey Pepperoni Slices-not Sure If It Is On Plan-but You Can Have Like 17 Slices For 70cal...

Boca or morningstar patties with slice of tomato; tuna; egg; FF hot dogs; FF deli slices; and I always have an apple..

Welcome and good luck!! With the Hebrew National 97% FF hot dogs - two dogs equal one protein serving! For the mornings I like to have yogurt and fruit; afternoon could be a hard boiled egg, the tuna or FF cheese...

I have done turkey roll-ups - fat free cheese rolled into fat free lunch meat turkey slices...

Check out Greek yogurt. I usually buy the Fage 0%. There is also Oikos or Chobani as well as Trader Joe's own brand. It is much higher in protein, thicker and much more satisfying than any other yogurt I have ever had. I put a serving in a bowl, sweeten it to taste with Equal or Splenda, add a serving of fruit (berries, peaches, banana, etc.) and mix it well. Depending on the sweetness of the fruit, you may have to add additional sweetener (I like it sweet).

It is more expensive than regular Dannon or Yoplait, but so worth it...

Fruit mixed in cottage cheese..

Apple slices dipped in french vanilla yogurt..

Cheese and an orange..

Pickeled egg and fruit..

I almost always do dairy in the afternoon. I guess I'm in a rut. In my mind goes better with fruit. And somehow an ounce of chicken doesn't seem as satisfying as an individual container of cottage cheese or a yogurt...
