I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..
Haha! I don't have a label to read! I asked in hopes that the people who DO have it could tell me so that I could go BUY some. but thanks...
Well when you go to the store - read the label before dropping the can into your shopping cart roflmao.
And if you don't want to make a special trip just to get this (or anything else seen here) try checking.
It's a most useful web site and should be bookmarked for all of us it has a huge food/restaurant nutritional database.

So does anyone have a pie/tart crust recipe that fits the Dukan Diet stats????..
I take a package of the Dukan Diet granola, crush it with the back of my hand (while it is still in the pkg), put in a bowl and add about 1/2 t. Splenda and 1 t. Smart Squeeze (<5 calories). Put on the bottom of your single serve dish and bake for about 10 minutes. It is wonderful!!!.
ETA: If you made the apple pie with this, it would count as your breakfast entree and your fruit servings..
I also save about a third of the package to sprinkle on top of the pie...
I don't have any granola, but several NutriFlakes Bran, so I have experimented using that, to make a pie crust. It's chewy, but okay..
Put the flakes in a ziplock baggie and crush with the heel of your hand to fine crumbs..or use a rolling pin and roll over them..I use a can of veggies, cuz I ain't got no pin..
Mix the crumbs with 1 TBL of 0 fat Promise margarine (5 cal) and 1/2 tea. of Splenda brown sugar (10 cal), if desired, until it's all incorporated. Spray a single serving pie pan with PAM, put a few drops of water on your hands, or the crust will stick to your fingers, you will need to repeat the wetting) and press the crumbs into the pie pan and up the sides. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, then let cool completely and fill as you please..
Remember, you're entitled to 1/2 C of FF milk with the flakes, so use that in whatever you're concocting, along with your protein and fruit serving for breakfast...
Well duh. If I go to buy anything that I'm not sure about I will be sure to read the label. I can't tell if you're laughing at me or not.
There was someone on here earlier who posted about it saying SHE had some. Thought she might have some insight for me and everyone else here for that matter..
I have calorie king bookmarked too. guess I'll use that from now on even though there's a perfectly good board here full of people who would be more than willing to share info they may know off top of head...
Grasshopper: I think 20 calories' worth is used as a "free food" by some people. That seems to be a good use for it. Be well, Pam..
I don't think she was laughing at you..
Every brand has different calories and stats. The brand they use might, but the brand in your store might not. That's why I keep all the stats on an index card in my purse..
Calories vary so much with brands. I check out three cartons of fat free half and half and they all had different calories and stats. Same with SF jello...
Ok, good to know. I wasn't sure and it kinda made me feel bad...
Haha! sorry, I guess I still need to get to know people better here. sometimes you really can't tell b/c something just gets lost when communicating via cyber space. but thanks for clearing that up. And my apologies to Lynn..

Love the recipes, I don't have a pin either, I 've been known to take a meat tenderizer to stuff and I pound the bejezies out of it..
But I think a can of veggies would work much better.
And add in 2oz FF cream cheese mixed with a little Splenda, and there's your protein and a FABULOUS breakfast!!! Kay, thanks for reminding me about adding the Smart Squeeze! I wish it was breakfast time right now!!!!..
You're welcome, Nicole. My pie crust ain't all that, but it's better than nuthin and I really don't like cereal for breakfast and hadda do something with those buckets of flakes I got in my free food..
I dunno, I think the meat tenderizer might be kinda fun...
Sjean13, I just happen to have a can of No Sugar Added Apple Pie Filling - Great Value from WalMart. It is sweetened with Splenda. I haven't tried it yet, but couldn't resist buying it since I have seen it mentioned on this board several times. Stats are as follows:.
Serving Size: 1/3 cup (85 g).
Servings Per Container about 7.
Amount per serving:.
Total Fat 0g.
Total Carbohydrate 7g.
Dietary Fiber 1g.
My meat tenderizer is big and weighs 1 1/2 lbs. It's a great stress reliever and my chicken is the most tender you'll ever have..
I count using it as part of my exercise for the day and use it every chance I get...
